While the hardcopy book I received for GMing was nice on the plane home, is there any idea when we'll be getting our pdf's?

Unfortunately, the free book does not come with a free PDF. :(

Well that's disappointing. If I'd known, I'd have asked to trade when I picked up the book. The only hard-copy I carry around is the player portfolio.

edit: Still, I got plenty of store credit to buy the pdf with. Next year, having to option to pick pdf or book would be nice.

Or for the likely many of us who are subscribers the option to get credit instead of a book that we have to ship back home and already have would be nice (and could free up a copy to sell to someone who isn't a subscriber). I'll probably use my extra copy as a prize or trade with someone for it.

I don't believe you have the option of taking a pdf instead.

Worse comes to worse I bet you can sell the book for at least $10 and use that to buy the pdf and come out ahead.
