Time zone-wise I'm in New Zealand, and the US is 6 hours ahead of me (though a day behind :p) so imagine that's why it isn't busier in here with others saying the same thing!

Mine is missing too. Just noticed it after seeing the thread title.
I'm curious to what happened in the first place. At first it was telling me that my password was incorrect last night, and when I went to reset it just in case, it said the my email wasn't on record. This was all last night around 0000EST, so I'd imagine we don't have the campaign tab after the reset from whatever happened last night.
I had the same problem last night. Glad to see it wasn't me.
It probably had something to do with the leap second yesterday.
No idea what a Leap Second would do to this (worst case should be that the server's clock is slightly wrong).
But my Campaigns tab still exists, even though I am not in any Campaigns . . . :-(

Same here. Oddly, at least one of the players in one of my games is indicating that they still have theirs.
I know the update has basically left a few of my deployed players unable to access the site at all, which is kind of killing a few of my games, but hopefully this doesn't last long.
You can click on your own avatar and then look at the Campaigns tab for games you are running, (or Posts for those you are not), but I have noticed that whatever took away the My Campaigns tab also seems to be placing games into the Past Campaigns area, though they are not marked as such.
Something I am noticing is that I am running a few multipart scenarios under one Campaign. It does seem like the ones I have already reported for in part are the ones that have moved to Previous Campaigns, even though they are still active.

The last leap second was in June 2012, and it caused reddit to crash, Gawker to go down, and Australian airline Qantas had enough computer problems that 50 flights were delayed. Changing a computer's assumption about time can cause all sorts of problems (hence the whole Y2K scare).
For instance, say somebody submitted a post at exactly the moment the leap second happened. The Paizo messageboard database might expect the time stamp for that post to be 00:00:00 (exactly midnight), but instead the time stamp reads 23:59:60. If the software isn't designed to handle that time stamp, any reference to that post could very likely crash the program.
Due to last night's site downtime, the tech team has turned off some website functionality while we determine the issue. Should be returning once they've found the tremor causing the problem.

I am missing the My Campaigns on the two tab screen, but I am NOT missing the Campaigns on the eleven tab screen.

Normally when you are on the Message Boards main page, way up at th top sort of between where it says
and
. . . there was a set of tabs that switched between the Messageboards main page, My Campaigns, (and other things).
The My Campaigns tab would take you to all of your active games being both played and run on the Paizo Forums.
It was similar to the Campaigns tab you mentioned, but a little more confined.
Okay, now here's another weird problem: All of a sudden this evening, when I look at my posts on a computer, instead of my icon I see "Magnifying glass", whereas on my phone everything shows up fine. Almost everybody else's icon looks fine even on my computer, but I have seen one other exception ("King of Roses" instead of whatever that one was supposed to be).
Not sure if this is related -- probably not, since the timing is off, but I figured put this here instead of starting a whole new thread (unless somebody has already started a thread for this).
Now all of a sudden the icons are working right again, and I didn't change anything (didn't have a chance to even if I wanted to). Weird.
Every time I try and post in the Valne City gameplay thread it doesn't show up. As if I posted nothing at all. It has done this in other campaigns of mine as well.
