Paizo's Pathfinder Society locator feature has been down for months now. Any plans to get it fixed?
It would be a significant help to our fledgling group in Tacoma, WA if our local store would show up when a prospective player punches in a nearby zip code and our group's location and coordination details would show up.
Thanks,
Larry Smith

Thanks, Erik, for your personal attention to this. We appreciate the help.
It's the very first page that comes up when you select "create an event" on the Pathfinder Society home page. The url is http://paizo.com/pathfinderSociety/events. I'm specifically referring to the "find events" feature that lets someone select a distance in miles and a zip code. When a coordinator or store owner/manager tries to input data about a venue, the site still cannot process and display information about when and where we play.
I've emailed customer.servie@paizo.com and called the customer service number 425-250-0800, and I've been told the problem is being addressed. I first reported the issue in January and followed up as recently as June. Our event/event code is 35734 PFS at Nerdy Stuffs - Tacoma.
All we want to do is work with the store to add the place where we play (currently the only PFS venue in Tacoma) to the list of locations for our area. The store owner and managers are ready to work with me to set things up on the Paizo/PFS site as soon as the feature is operational again.
Sincerely,
Larry Smith

Just to jump in, I was updating my own venue today and thought I might be able to help. A venue only shows up when there's an upcoming game day in the system. However, there's nothing you have to do to add a venue per se.
So here's my venue:

Before today my last event was in April so my venue wouldn't have shown up in searches for the last few months.
Also, you will want to make sure you have an event location entered, but that's generated by you and not Paizo. Lastly make sure you don't have the "Event takes place online" box checked.

Possibly a related but definitely a different issue with the site. In communications with Paizo customer service reps, the local store has to complete an online form that as of June could not yet be fully processed by the Paizo IT cats. I was just wondering if there is a sense about when the work is expected to be completed. Once it's done, I can assist the management at our local venue have their store appear in searches by prospective players in our area.
We have been able to report our sessions all along, and we've been holding events there every Saturday for months. It's just that we're struggling to get off the ground and stay viable, and once this problem is solved, it should help the situation improve.
In the meantime, I continue to post our planned sessions on the Pathfinder Society Grand Lodge message board and on the regional nwpfs.org board (The Great Rinaldo aka VL Tony Lindman is awesome), and send out emails to our list of players. I've asked one or two of our group to consider using their social media networks, but no luck so far.
