Question on Silverhex Chronicles

GM Discussion

I just want to make sure I understand this correctly. The Silverhex Chronicle says:

"At any time, he can apply the Chronicle sheet to a 1st-level Pathfinder Society character, but if that character gains XP from another Chronicle sheet, he can no longer earn additional rewards for playing the other Silverhex Chronicles Quests."

So if I'm reading this correctly it means that if someone plays 3 of the 6 Quests then lets say he plays the "Silent Tide" Scenario he can never go back and complete the other 3 of the Silverhex Chronicles that he had left with that character.

I know most Pathfinder Society Games can last up to 4 hours sometimes 5 hours. But if you play Silverhex through in one session it would take at least 6 hours if everything goes smooth. And I've learned that hardly happens. Would it be acceptable to run the game in two 3 hour sessions. Thanks for the help.

4/5 ****

You can play it in 6 1 hour sessions, or 2 3 hour sessions, or a 2 a 2 a 1 and a 1.

Checking boxes as you go until you play another scenario.

Scarab Sages

if that character gains XP from another Chronicle sheet

These are your keywords. Short answer: you have it right. Long answer: you can spread it however you wish, but if you play any other scenarios with the character number associated with the Silverhex chronicle you immediately assign the chronicle to that character and any unfinished quests/rewards are lined out.
