PbP Gameday means we have more than the minumum number of tables for convention support (15 I think) in effect giving us a Con. Play by Post generally takes weeks to accomplish a 4 hour session of a regular con, so these will all run within the same time frame. '3' is simply because it is the third time its been done.

This particular Game Day is for Play-by-Post PFS Games ( Examples of PbP games here: http://paizo.com/paizo/messageboards/community/campaigns ).
We also have "real-time" online play and game days - you can find those games here on this forum as well as on the Pathfinder Society Online Collective.
We also have an online Convention coming up in November at AEtherCon 2014.
The games for AEtherCon are listed on Warhorn: https://warhorn.net/events/aethercon-iii/

awesome! Also, thanks that really makes it black and white for me :)
Also this is an amazing idea as it means I can get more characters advanced and possibly involved in my PFS group, though currently we're playing our 8th level characters so it'd be quite some time before they'd be needed, but having them ready would be a benefit :)

We have already turned the list over to Paizo - so, in theory, everyone should get them early next week, at the latest.
Jesse,
when should we be getting our scenarios?
Granted, there is probably a little less lead time needed for PbP games, as the GM can easily catch up as things get started, but... just wondering!

We have already turned over the full list to Paizo, but for future submissions we will add an option in the submission form to indicate if you already own the scenario or not.
Jesse, i already have two of the thee scenarios I'm running, how do I notify you which scenario Paizo should send me?

I am GMing a Gameday 3 session and one of my players wants to reroll due to wearing a T-shirt:
"i have a shirt from GMing at Gencon ;-)"
What I need to know, is this valid?
How to check if that's true? Isn't it that going against the T-shirt spirit? I mean, it is supposed to be a mean of promotion for the game, and being home with the T-shirt doesn't help at all, plus I doubt he is always wearing it if ever.
I have not found any entry in the FAQ about this point.
My feeling is about saying, sorry, but that would be unfair against the T-Shirt rule spirit, but I wonder if there is a rule for Gameday 3 or PbP in general I can point to.
I have send an email to the organisers about the topic, but maybe someone of you can already point out to something for deciding.

The point of allowing rerolls is primarily to generate revenue through direct sales and advertising.
While the VC for PbP is the one who should rule on this, my guess is it's not allowed. However, if the person where to post a picture of themselves wearing the PbP T-shirt in their posts, I would be willing to allow it.
While this does not generate the constant awareness one has at the table, I'd argue it's just as likely to be noticed by the players. When i've played my F2F games, I can't remember whether anyone wore a re-roll T-shirt unless they asked for a re-roll. At list with a picture post, everyone in the thread will see it.
FYI, I wouldn't require the picture to show the person's face, but I might require them to be holding a character/chronicle sheet for their character. I would do the same thing with the folio reroll

I'm not Jesse or Arthur or Brandon, so it's pretty much their decision, and what follows here is just the way I personally view the matter.
I don't see a huge problem with it; you can always ask for a picture if you're worried they don't really have a shirt/folio.

I asked (and got) a picture of the t-shirt being worn. :)
The player actually put the shirt on his laptop, as in the laptop was wearing the shirt.
The link he sent was to a picture hosting site (photobucket? deviant art?) so it was semi-public. I have mine on my FB page.
If a GM said no, I would be ok with that. If that is your inclination go with it.

Shirt Re-Rolls should be treated like additional resources used by players in PbP.
Players should, at the GMs request, be able to provide proof of the shirt purchase via a Paizo receipt that can be forwarded to the GM; or send a picture of themself wearing the t-shirt to the GM.
(And, obviously, actually own a legal shirt that qualifies for a re-roll - shirts that qualify are listed in the Guide to Organised Play on Pg 27 at the time of this post.)
