We sent a Kickstarter Survey to everyone who backed the Kickstarter yesterday.
The survey has no meaningful questions. It is a vehicle for us to tell people how to use the Pledge Manager and to remind them it is closing on Friday.
If you have finalized your pledge, you can ignore the survey requests. You're good to go.
We did this because we know there are a lot of people who have not finalized their pledges. A lot of folks are ignoring Kickstarter Update emails. They're also ignoring emails that we are sending directly. But when they have a survey pending, and they visit Kickstarter, they get a big yellow banner across the top of the page that tells them we need them to respond to the survey. It's hard to ignore, so a lot of people who would have missed the deadline will see it.
There's no way for us to tailor the survey to just people who have not finalized their pledges. The KS bulk email system is an "all or nothing" system without filters (beyond Reward level).
So our apologies if you got an email that looked a little scary. If you have finalized your pledge, you're good to go, and if you haven't, please do so before tomorrow!

I was scared >_<
The subject line made it sound like action was required immediately (once again, the wording did not match the intent methinks) but this was cleared up quickly after an email to support. Anything that has "Response needed..." usually gets my attention =D
Thanks for the clarification and looking forward to what the international postal system brings ;-)

So i went to step 7, "send information" everything is green on the pledge drive... so i should be okay right? When i go to my account on goblinworks i see that im only on for the "open enrollment" and then nothing more on that page. How can i confirm that my pledge is connected to my goblinworks account? Cause its a little bit unnerving not knowing if im all good or if i missed something.

If it shows your level of enrollment and that information is correct then you are all set. We currently only display enrollment level but will eventually show everything.

The only essential* step left is supporting my group in the land rush:

Please note that you need to put something--anything--in the comments box at the bottom of all those instructions, and send it back to Kickstarter; that's just the way they run their surveys, requiring two-way communication of *some* kind.
I sent them a quote of the line "Your have already submitted your information to Goblinworks."

Now I need to find a company to join, I suppose...
There's plenty of people looking. I'd suggest taking a peak at the community spreadsheet for an idea of who is in what settlements, how they are aligned, and what they are focusing on, then look for some threads by the companies that appeal to you.

So I just hopped onto Kickstarter, saw that I had a rewards survey to fill out for Pathfinder Online (Kickstarter kindly puts them as nice, friendly notifications boldly at the top of the page), one that was sent out on thursday, I got excited and thought to myself, "oh cool". I proceed to click on it, where I was promptly informed that friday was the last day any rewards can be selected...one day after the survey was sent out.
I have backed many other projects on KS, so far all of them have used the KS website to fulfill any backer rewards. I havent been following this project closely since I knew it was still a good ways away from release, I wasnt even aware that PFO wasnt following the same procedure as all the others. I backed $95 over my selected tier specifically for add-ons. The survey should have gone out weeks or months before things were finalized, not one day.
Ryan (or other official personnel), I humbly request to be allowed to fulfill the backer add-ons I paid for, or failing that, to receive my $95 dollars back as a refund. Either will do to reaffirm my excitement for this game and put me back in the category of a satisfied customer eagerly awaiting my chance to roam Golarion in digital form.

From May, 2013:
Backer Update #49 - Fulfillment tool is LIVE!
Backer Update #50 - Some FAQs about the Fulfillment system
Thats well and good. I'm glad the people that read all the blogs, follow every update, and are regularly on the game forums had access to it at such an early time.

Also those who check their email. (The linked post is at the top of this page.)
Checking my email I have not only messages from Kickstarter for each update (which I assume you ignored), but messages from paizo customer service about the fulfillment tool. That includes one on May 3 titled "Pathfinder Online Kickstarter Pledge Management Now Open!".
Edit: perhaps some linking to a kickstarter account was needed to get that last email, but it's not like there hasn't been ample time.

Also, this post has some specific instructions from the customer support staff.

I (like many people) have two email addresses. One for my friends, family, and personal business. The other for every account, website, forum, offer, or anything else thats ever listed "fill out your email address here". Where hotels offers, concert announcements, gaming articles, kickstarter updates, and every other thing I've signed up for in the last 14 years goes to. I admit that I am guilty of not keeping up with that one as well as I probably should.
Anyway, this is all a moot and not conducive to resolving the current situation. I've laid out two solutions regarding this issue, neither of which is unreasonable.

Ryan,
I have received about four emails from KS indicating “Response Needed to deliver your reward for Pathfinder Online”.
I will admit, it makes me a big nervous, and have checked my pledge reward multiple times and it shows I’ve submitted my information. The only question the survey (through KS) shows is if I have any questions, so I put “No questions” and hit submit.
That won’t screw up what I did on my pledge rewards done through Paizo, will it?

@Hobbun,
As Jazz said a few posts up:
"Please note that you need to put something--anything--in the comments box at the bottom of all those instructions, and send it back to Kickstarter; that's just the way they run their surveys, requiring two-way communication of *some* kind."
So yes, you are ok. :)
