Missing Chronicle Sheet from Gencon 2013

So last year at Gencon I played in my first PFS game. It was a blast, but I've lost my chronicle sheet. The GM of that game hasn't responded to any messages I've sent. Who should I contact now?

You can contact your local venture captain, they should be able to look up your history and get you a chronicle. If that doesn't work contact Mike

Should you not know where to look up your regional co-ordinator, I suggest checking out this page: Regional Co-ordinators.

There isn't someone in every city, so look for neighboring ones. If you're near a border, check neighboring states.
