Where can I get a list of which factions care about which Season 5 scenarios?

I am an event organizer (and frequent GM) when I'm promoting my game night to my player's list I would like to mention specific scenarios being scheduled that certain factions might care about, especially as we start to schedule much of Season 5's scenarios.

Is there such a resource? I've read many of the Faction leader letters and frankly I don't see how to extrapolate from them to which scenarios to care about. But I've also been hearing reports that many people are missing full PA awards in Season 5 scenarios because they didn't realize that there was a faction related goal they could do in a given scenario.

(and for that matter I don't really understand how PA awards are supposed to work in Season 5 either for Season 5 scenarios or for older scenarios. I haven't yet read a season 5 scenario other than the special as I haven't yet played any of them myself either).

Prestige in season 5 is linked to the scenario goals, a primary and a secondary goal. The table as a whole either get one or both prestige. Prestige is no longer linked to Faction Missions.

Faction Missions in season 5 add a small boon to the character if the character succeeds at the mission.

Glass River Rescue, tier 1-5, has faction missions for: Grand Lodge, Osirian, Quadiran
Wardstone Patrol, tier 3-7, has faction missions for: Cheliax, Scarzni, Silver Crusade
Hellknight Feast, tier 5-9, has faction missions for: Andoran, Taldoran

It may be an idea to have the faction letters printed so that any players who have not read them can do so before the start of the scenario. I found that this helped a lot when I ran Glass River and Wardstone at GenCon.

The information is given for the first few scenarios in the blog post linked above; for scenarios from #5-06 onwards, the information is in the product description.

For season 5, prestige is based on completing the primary and secondary missions as described in the scenario; 1 prestige for each. The faction objectives award boons only (very minor ones, from what I've seen).

For seasons 0-4, there is a document coming that will give the primary and secondary missions for each scenario. Until then, award 1 prestige for earning 1 XP (i.e. completing 3 encounters), and 1 for completing the main mission. More information HERE. The faction missions previously handed out at the start of each scenario are entirely optional and confer no benefit.
