This is purely a sign up sheet if your organization is interested in coming to the convention and debating the terms. This is also where we will discuss the time of the convention and format by which it will be discussed.
For the purposes of keeping this editable I will update the time and format in my character profile once it is set. Also feel free to post or PM me contact info I can use to inform you with the time, date, and format are set.
Agreeing to take part in the convention is not an agreement to sign the finished document. Each group may send up to two representatives.
Any discussion on the merits or need for the Convention of Rovagug / complaints and concerns about it can be discussed here. This topic is purely for the sign up, and discussion of the time and format by which the convention will be help.
Only official representatives of organizations interested in attending, who are discussing time, format, and their attendance should post in this topic.

The Empyrean Order will be attending the Convention of Rovagug.
Attendees will be myself and one other member of The Empyrean Order Council who are: Jak Blitz, Valinar, and Solemor Farmen. The council member in attendance will be determined by the time and date of this convention.
I would prefer this convention be held over a voice chat service such as Skype, Teamspeak, Mumble, or Ventrilo if we can agree on a specific time. Or a private forum should we not be able to agree upon a time we can all send representatives.
I feel this will keep the discussion streamlined and helps us avoid getting bogged down in too much pointless arguments like will happen if it is hosted on these forums.
Also I do not feel watching the leaders of each respective group argue the terms publicly will have a positive impact on the unity of the group who ends up signing the finished document.
The Empyrean Order is willing to offer our own forums and Teamspeak for the setting of the meeting but we are open to suggestions from other groups as well.
