First of all a general question - do you want feedback here or rather via e-mail, especially if they contain spoilers.
Having GMed the game at PaizoCon UK (yes the German with the group going for drinks in the first encounter that was me) I feel the most useful addition to the scenario would be a one page flow chart.
It could go something like:
Room GM gives introduction (p.1-2)
Table GM prepare group and set scene (p.2)
Room GM give start signal (p.2)
Table GMs action (p. 3-5)
Etc.
A single page like that would help a lot the table GMs - especially if they are less well prepared. The encounters are simple enough to GM - but sometimes it can take valuable time to find out what you are supposed to do.
I waited once and realised too late my players should already storm my barricade.
