I have played in several mods that appear never to have been reported. Also running a few that appear not to have been reported (run at small cons, not hosted by me).
Is there any mechanism by which I can go in and list the scenarios my character has played in/I have run?
If you look at my character, he appears to have been played in only two scenarios (last year at Dragon Con), but that is not correct.
The other mods I have played in have apparently never been reported.

Unfortunately, no. :-(
Keep in mind that your physical record always counts as your official record for your character. My recommendation for everyone is to make sure you have contact information for whomever is responsible for reporting your event before you leave. That way, if they don't report, you can bug them until they do ... within reason, of course. :-)
