Well. That's humiliating.

Seems that one has been the source of some controversy in the science community.

Well. That's humiliating.

Not to be cruel, but the picture of the nun at the bottom of the page is more concerning than the content of this article.

I didn't see any nun. Are you hallucinating nuns?

The video shown here is from the British documentary Planet Earth. I highly recommend the documentary if your at all into that sort of thing. The cinematography is jaw droopingly beautiful and the images being shown often intriguing, compelling and awe inspiring. Its loaded with good ideas for you fantasy world...ideas stolen from pieces of our own world. Particularly the episode on caves.

Pretty much.

Certainly tars his image and the story sounds extremely credible. The guy does have an ego the size of Stuttgart after all. The fact that he's clearly a jerk does not change the value of the material in Wikileaks one way or another however.

I've actually got the DVD set of the series and yeah it is incredible. I was actually linking for the examination of the feathers - video was just a cool bonus.

Volcano in Ozarks?

Something Is happening in Arkansas. A river near Ozarks has had 100,000 Drum fish deaths, and 125 miles east 5000 blackbirds drop dead from the sky.

Both species flock together...with little stray from their regions of activity.

I predict that a Volcanic Event is imenent.

Arkansas Mystery Deepens

So now people in the area have reported 12 loud explosions on New Years Eve, and initial medical exams suggest birds hit a wall before they fell from the Sky. Why only one bird species and not all?

Does volcanic activity cause sonic shockwaves or is this just a consequence of Fireworks? What of the fish?

I would agree, except the fish are all one species. Looks like to me that we may have some highly contagious, highly lethal, very quick virus that jumped species when bird ate the fish.

Short of a Magnetic Pole reversal (or EMP) affecting some common aspect in the brains of the Birds and the Fish...I cant say.

I suppose it could be a virus. The Birds fled in one direction (125 miles) from the fish. Seems a bit odd.

Either way this should affect more creatures...not just two select species.
