Awww, I was really enjoying the game! This was my very first PbP too! Ah well. Good luck with everything.

Xarina moves over to the window to try and see what is going on outside.

Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23


Xarina hold her attack when the man yields.

"What type of goods or services do you help with?"


I should make an attack huh?

Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

Damage: 1d12 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13


Since she would provoke an AoO from either crawling or standing she will just stand and take the attack.

Controlled Rage: + 4 dex = 15 AC.

Xarina stands and attacks once she is up.

"You want to die little man? Put down your sword before I cleave you in two." she exclaims as she swings at the man.


"Who do we want to go first? I could do it if everyone wanted."


Xarina climbs down.

"Agreed. Garret, you up for it?"


"I'm thinking quiet entrance, assess the situation, and then continue on. Any objections?"


Xarina whispers:

"Shall we make an entrance?"


"This is the only time I will want a bath."

Xarina moves to the door and takes a listen.

Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (14) + 9 = 23

Xarina makes a grab for the rope.

Grab: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20

She firmly grabs it and waits.


Reflex Save: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

Xarina falls into the sewage. Before she does she holds her breath and closes her eyes. She will try to surface and get out as soon as she can.


Xarina will assist Malchius on reading the map.

Assist Knowledge: Local: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10

Malchius gets a +2 on his roll.

For some reason, I think of this song when I think of the map.


"I am in favor of going around. I want to live!"


"Neither do I. Waiting sounds good to me." she says with a shiver.


"What do you have there? Anything useful to tell us where those idiots were off to?" Xarina asks.


Xarina has her greataxe at the ready.

Let's knock some heads."


"I can proceed if everyone feels we need to move quickly. I prefer to rest but am able to keep up."


I personally would like to continue. I am in favor of seeing what the others want. Although it is up to you Sinvel if you want to keep running the game.


I will swing either way depending on what everyone wants. Although some extra hp would be nice.


"I want to follow those tracks when we are done here. Gonna make em' pay. I still hurt from all that."

She is at 5hp currently.

Xarina will make her way over to the ledge when everyone is ready.


End rage. 3 rounds remaining. Fatigued for 4 rounds.

Xarina stops trembling, her eyes return to normal, and she begins breathing heavier than before. Wiping her axe off on the second dead body she turns to the others.

"Go ahead and subdue him. I'm right behind you."


Xarina just takes the movement through the body on the ground. Even with the difficult terrain she still makes it with movement to spare.


Moving to L2, Xarina will attack the next fool.

"RAAAAAAAGGGHHH!"

Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16

1d12 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18

For some reason, I keep thinking of this bugle call.


Apologies. I will drop doing the intimidate. Just the attack then. Still, that is intimidating enough on its own. :-)


Many apologies for lack of posting. Been a hectic couple of weeks. How about some action huh?

When Xarina's next turn comes she does the following:

Full Rage

Xarina begins to tremble as she surges with adrenaline. As she becomes more focused she clenches her teeth together as she begins growling.

Suddenly, she yells out: "Raaaaaghhhh! CHAAAAAARGE!"

Intimidate: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18

Racing to the nearest enemy, she attacks with everything she has.

Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17

Damage: 1d12 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19


Xarina does a full round heal for 4. Need some points there. She is now at 5. I will wait for the next round to do another action.


Xarina cries out in pain as the bolt hits her.

"Argh! He will pay for that."

She is looking pretty bad. Down to 1 hp


Xarina nods at Nathanial's comment.


Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13


Xarina has her great axe at the ready.
"Give the word." she says.


Stealth 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9

I like noise and I cannot lie!


Don't forget, we have a healing surge we can use

Healing Surge:
healing surges. Once a day a player can use his stored reserves to heal himself. You may rest for 10 minutes and regain half of your total hit points (rounded up). Or, if time is important, you may do a "quick surge" and use a full round to regain a quarter of your total hit points (rounded up). For example, a player with 15 hit points can take a 10 minute rest and regain 8 points, or a full round and regain 4 points. This can be done only once a day, regardless of which type is used.


Those that need to heal should do so. Xarina will press on from here and save some healing for later.


Xarina swings at the nearest dog.

Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Damage: 1d12 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12

*sigh* This dice roller really needs to be upgraded.


(On her turn) Xarina swings at the nearest dog.

Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Damage: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8


Survival 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 21

"It sounds like it came from about 90' down the passage."

When Malchius gets partway through the hole Xarina will grab him and pull him up.

"There you go!"


"All clear! Come on up."


"Alright. Let's see what is up there." with that, Xarina climbs the rubble and makes her way through the opening.

Once she is through and standing she will look around and take stock of the passage.

Perception 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13


Acrobatics 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25

Reflex save 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 16

Xarina shakes her head as she gets up. "Ugh, what is causing these quakes? If someone is making these happen there will be hell to pay."

She doesn't look too beaten up. Just a couple scrapes and bruises.

"I can press on. Not badly hurt here."


"Alternatively, whoever is down here may be the cause of the quake. Something to consider." Xarina says as she sheathes her scimitar and draw her great axe.

"Alright then. Are we ready?"


"Want me to do it? I don't need any light to find my way out. Although we might find out how many of them there are before we determine whether we need help or not."


When Nathanial moves to right corridor Xarina will move to the left for 40' and listen for anything.

1d20 + 9 ⇒ (15) + 9 = 24


At this time I will not be using anything from the ARG. Thanks for letting us use it though! :)


As Xarina manages to stay standing she exclaims "What caused that?"

"Hope it doesn't make getting out of here harder." she grumbles.
