About RainyDayNinja
A bit about myself:
Although a Missouri native, I currently live in Kingsport, Tennessee, working for a major chemical manufacturer.
I'm a bit of a late-comer to the RPG scene; my first experience was with D&D 4e (*gasp!*), in a couple of floundering attempts at starting an online game among brothers. I got my start with Pathfinder about a year and a half ago when I was visiting my brother, the illustrious Jiggy, and he invited me to his weekly Society game. I kept playing when I returned briefly to Missouri, but when I moved to Kingsport for work, there was very little RPG scene at all. Since then I've connected with the very active PFS community in Asheville, NC, and started organizing my own bi-weekly game in Kingsport. I didn't start visiting the forums until last year's contest was underway, but I knew immediately that I wanted to do it the next time.
But while I'm new to Pathfinder, I'm no stranger to writing. I've been writing science fiction and fantasy for several years, and have managed a handful of sales in three different countries. You can check out samples of my fiction at Ray Gun Revival ("Fare-Weather Friends"), AE: the Canadian Science Fiction Review ("Billy O'Bannon's Time Travel Dating Service"), and the Damnation and Dames anthology ("The Awakened Adventure of Rick Candle"). A few other, less good, stories can be found by Googling my by-line, "Joseph L. Kellogg" if you're really interested.
Thanks for checking me out!
