About Lipto the Shiv
Though he originally hails from Keoland, he travelled to Cauldron several years ago for reasons unknown. It is speculated that he fled that country after escaping incarceration. He wears a bejeweled eyepatch, and constantly smokes potent, noxious cigars. He is currently in the process of organizing a thieves/assassins guild, with which he hopes to wage a shadow war against the Last Laugh. His allies include the unholy warrior Sojourn Hard-Heart, the dark mage Ulysses Tagliabou, and the paladin turned blackguard Alec Tercival.
