About Li Wu Zhen

Background:
Li Wu Zhen was born to two non-benders that now live amongst the air benders at the eastern air temple. Former citizens of the earth kingdom, they moved here when it was discovered that Li was an airbender. They make their living as gardeners, tending the grounds of the temple.
Li's always had a good knack for air bending and a sense of justice. He was a hand full as a child, using his air bending to defend the non-benders from the pranks of his fellow benders. He seems to hear things on the wind, giving him a quick head start on anything heading his way. He's always got a smile and willing to help others. He is well liked by most at and around the temple, but getting along with people, or even air bending has never been his problem. Li isn't the most creative young man at the temple. While a gifted airbender, he has not earned his air bender tattoo. Many of his friends he trained with as youth have had theirs for years, but he simply has not been able to come up with a unique air bending trick that he can call his own. He's tried a few things, but they've all been deemed just a variation on existing flows. There is nothing more he can be taught, and the monks there have given him tasks to do to try to help, but all for naught.
One evening a man in a bird mask made an offer to help Li learn things he would never learn here, and he said good bye to the temple and his parents, agreeing to accompany the man, hoping his training can help unlock his imagination and he can return and claim his tattoo,and join the temple as a monk.

You can manipulate the air and can use it
to aid your allies or punish your enemies.
Duration: 1 minute per your chakra level
Range: 10 ft. per your chakra level
Effect: You summon a severe windstorm
to fill one square, imposing a –1 penalty
to attack rolls, saving throws and skill
checks on all inside that square. Each
round you may either expand the size of
this cloud to all adjacent squares, or you
may increase the penalty in the affected
squares by –1.

Children of the Wind:

Air element masters draw much of their
power from the wind. They are able to
use the winds to enhance their
movements making them
harder targets to hit. You
gain a +2 circumstance
bonus on dodge.

Air Punch Kata:
: You inflict 1d6 points of
bludgeoning damage per half your chakra
level plus charisma modifier to a single
target as a ranged touch attack. You may
use this as many attacks as your base
attack bonus allows, including flurry of
blows.
