HD 1-
Goldsense-
The last dragon is blind, but can sense anything in contact with it's coins as if using blindsight, out to up to 1 mile.
Gold can be added to this ability after spending a full day in contact with it.
Blind-
The last dragon is afflicted by incurable blindness.
No magic item or spell can remedy this.
Death curse-
Killer makes a DC 40 fort save. On a fail, killer changes into (last dragon), converting all levels into dragon HD. on a success, they gain the (half last dragon) template.
Killer makes a DC 30 will save. On a fail, the idea that the last dragon's gold is theirs, and theirs alone, is burned into their mind. If the save is 20 or less, alignenmt shifts one towards CE. If 15 or less, alignment shifts two towards CE. If 10 or less, three.
Abosulte loyalty negates the alignment change, and so can atonement.
The last dragon is incapable of willingly harming itself under normal conditions.

The last dragon instead flies into a desperate rage when it would be brought below 0 hp by an attack.
Desperate rage-
For ten minutes, the dragon flies into an aboslute frenzy, attacking all in sight without mercy. When the last dragon Enters this state, it heals 100 hp, and gains +4 str until the rage ends. While the last dragon will prioritize enemies in this state, if there are no enemies to attack, the last dragon will attack allies. If no allies remain, the last dragon's rage turns on itself, and it claws and tears at it's own flesh, dealing 1d10 damage a round.
A DC 50 diplomacy can bring the rage to a halt as a full round action.
The DC of this check varies depending on how close the person attempting it is to the last dragon-
+5 enemy
-5 ally
-10 friend
-20 extremely close
-10 has spent a cumulative 24 hours simply talking to the last dragon, comforting it in some way.
HD 3-
Sonic screech-
Once every 1d4 rounds, the last dragon can emit a sonic screech as a full round, causing all creatures within 30 feet to be stunned for 1 round. This is a sonic effect. Creatures who do not need to make fortitude saves are immune.
HD 4-
The last dragon gains +2 con and +2 str, and it's fly speed increases by 20 feet.
HD 5-
The last dragon gains +2 str and +2 natural armor, and it's fly speed increases by 20 feet. When the last dragon intimates a foe, and causes a target to be shaken for three or more rounds, it Can instead subtract two from the number of rounds and cause the target to be frightened. The last dragon may begin taking other levels.
HD 6-
The last dragon gains +2 str and +2 natural armor, and it's fly speed increases 20 feet.
HD 7-
The last dragon gains spellcasting equal to it's HD - 6 in a class of it's choosing.

who is Anthony:
reference image :)

Anthony is a 27 year old human paladin who took an oath against the wyrm as a young teen, wanting to emulate the noble dragon slayers of old.
He recognizes that not all dragons or dragon kin are evil, but, like outsiders and undead, they tend to be more powerfully aligned to whatever they are aligned, so an evil dragon is an espically evil creature, and powerful to boot, and must be destroyed to protect the innocent.
His personality is joyous and free spirited, espically for a paladin. Despite his relatively relaxed nature, he doesn't trust either of the two outsider factions in the region.
correct me if I'm wrong here his holy vision identifies the demons as evil despite their insistence of ethical neutrality, that being said he hasn't seen proof of mliciousness or other significant wrongdoing and has resolved to treet them as any other sentient, capable of choice. But he has resolved to keep a watchful eye on them.
He doesn't think the proteins are malicious persay, or at least not most of them, but he recogonizes them as dangerous to innocents, and should not be allowed to exist in such a concentration on the mortal plane.
In a fight his first tactic is to difuse hostility, whether through diplomacy or intimidation, and to that end has developed a swordsmanship technique that introduces dramatic flourishes to his great sword strikes and blocks, giving the impression of a vast difference in skill between himself and his opponent, shattering their resolve. comudgeon strike
