Varda frowns as she realizes her inability to get to the woman. As her frustration mounts, feathers sprout from between her shoulderblades and send her soaring over the wall toward the evil woman. Uh... whoa. Iomedae? Eesh, don't look down... dwarves weren't meant to fly.
As she gets her bearings, the wings beat powerfully and fly her over the wall to alight in the far corner of the room. Wings of Heaven, 1st use today (ever). Move to AD12.

You can retcon healing.
Swaths of pulsating red lichen illuminate this long, 30-foot-high, alcove-lined hall. The alcoves themselves display elaborate, colorful murals of demonic entities, each with inscriptions chiseled into the stone below them. At the far end of the hall stands a massive iron framework that displays a red banner. One of the alcoves is larger than the others. This one contains a small shrine devoted to Deskari, and includes a lifelike statue of the insectoid demon lord.
