So, if you're reading this, I hope you are interested in a Core run of Bid for Alabastrine. I don't expect much in regards to posting, once or more per day would be nice, but not always achievable due to that pesky temptress otherwise know as Real Life. Just so long as you're engaged, I'm satisfied and doing my job. Also, I'd prefer if you roleplayed whenever possible, especially in this scenario, as it is rife with social encounters and interactions. The increased capability to roleplay, especially in PFS, is a healthy perk to online campaigns.

Wizard 3

Magga is a 4th-level barbarian, but I would be bringing a new character if it goes low subtier. What selection method will you be using?

The Exchange

Beronûsh is a first level sorcerer (Aberrant)

Dark Archive

I'm in (what I hope is) the last battle of my current scenario.

Khellek is a scholar and knowledge skill monkey. Technically he is a 2nd level bard. But one with a 20 INT :-)

Any info on character creation?

Magga is a rather muscular woman with a thing for smart men. You're going to be getting a lot of special attention from her.

In fact, Magga and Khellek are such a perfect combo, that I would be willing to play down with her and get crappy gold.

Silver Crusade

EndlessForms here!

Hakotep is a level 1 undead sorcerer. He's got a few skills that will hopefully be useful but most of all he's great fun to play.

PFS #: 55162-33
Day Job: Profession (embalmer): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
Initiative: +2
Perception: +1

It's a PFS (Pathfinder Society) scenario so it has to be a PFS character (Guide found here).

Specifically, the GM mentioned that this is a "core run", meaning players can only use resources from the Core Rulebook. Playing with Core-only is sort of an optional variant of PFS for players or GMs who like the nostalgia, simplicity, or challenge of it or who are just newer and want to keep the game simpler.

In PFS you can play a scenario once in "regular" mode (with all options available) and once in "core" mode.

Wow, I did not expect this many responses so soon! I'd prefer to get started sooner than later, so I'm leaning towards first come, first served. Including TheWaskally, that makes six players. Unless there are any objections, I might just close recruitment now, and we can start when TheWaskally makes a character, and Khellek is done with their current scenario.

Also, just so it is known, I operate on PST.

I am fine with it!

Sovereign Court

Now that I think about it, I don't actually know how to change the recruitment thread title to say it is closed, so I will just post it as filled in the Flaxseed Lodge.

The Exchange

PST is fine with me, since I live in Victoria on Canada's West Coast
("Wet Coast", more like, at this time of year)

Dark Archive

I'm in New Zealand, so virtually everyones time is out from mine.

Silver Crusade

I have a 2,2 core cleric that I could play

Sovereign Court

@Riceak: My apologies, I'd prefer not to roll with 7 players, especially given that this is my first PbP as a GM on these boards, and we are playing down with a level 3 and a 4. But if one of us drops out shall I send you a PM?

The Exchange

@ GM Crunch:

My sorcerer is level 1; I also have lots of other PbP games on the go right now.

So I don't mind stepping aside from this one if that makes things easier for you.

Thank you for your invite! Happy to join!
