Interest Check: the Restoration of Anuire (Birthright, PF1)

Recruitment

"Dark storm clouds gather over war-torn lands. Armies march wearily into battle once again, answering the ancient call to arms. The banners of noble houses flutter raggedly before the onslaught; some will fall, never to rise again, while others will weather the storm. Across the ruined empires of Cerilia, the dogs of war are let loose one more time. Somewhere on a muddy battlefield, a common man becomes a hero—and a hero becomes a king."

So began the chronicle of Birthright's Rulebook. On the continent of Cerilia, players create kings with inherent bloodlines from one of the fallen gods. In this campaign, you all create hero kings! You will rule a kingdom, born of a dynasty. You will also have the responsibility to continue your dynasty. Note that the Kingmaker AP follows on this idea.

Game Engine
* The Pathfinder Core Rulebook, 1st edition. Unlike my Jade Regent campaign, this one will stick to the Core Rulebook.

What you will need
* One copy of the Birthright Campaign Setting. You just need to read the Atlas of Cerilia, and the Birthright Rulebook. The Ruins of Empire book contains a number of realms for Anuire.
* Possibly one of the Player Secrets of [Realm Name], for your realm (I have them all).

Where will we play?
Here for Roleplaying, my Discord server for domain turns, and possibly roll20 to resolve war moves with the war cards. Just in case you want to fight some wars, of course.

We will play in Anuire, the region has a culture you will mostly identify with.

Other things you need to know:
-- Fighters control Law holdings.
-- Clerics (of the various gods except Erik), and Druids (followers of Erik) control Temple holdings.
-- Rogues control Guild holdings. Think of these as Corporations and big businesses.
-- Wizards and Sorcerers control Source holdings.

-- Blooded Wizards and Sorcerers who control source holdings are able to cast powerful arcane magic spells called Realm Spells.
-- Clerics and Druids who control Temple holdings are able to also cast powerful divine realm spells.
-- Bards usually do not control any holdings.

-- There are no monks in Birthright.

I'll put up conversions after tonight. I'm looking for 4 to 5 players willing to play a king, prince, duke, baron, or count.

Time to give this another shot!?
I always forget how brave you are ;)

I have some thoughts on this, I'll DM you.
