Hello, I'm french so sorry for my mistake.
I want to play a succubus like character. So this my build :
Tieffling +2Cha / +2Dex / -2Int or -2Wis =>
Sorcerer 2 (Crossblooded - Fey + Infernal) = +2DC to compulsion and charm
Witch 1-3-5 (Seducer)
Evangelist 6-15 (Noctiluca)
Witch and/or Enchanting Courtesan 16-X
Trait
Charming : You gain a +1 trait bonus when you use Bluff or Diplomacy on a character that is (or could be) sexually attracted to you, and a +1 trait bonus to the save DC of any language-dependent spell you cast on such characters or creatures.
Irrepressible : You can use your Charisma modifier in place of your Wisdom modifier when attempting Will saving throws against charm and compulsion effects.
Feat
1 Spell Focus (Enchantment)
3 Extra Hex (Flight)
5 Fiendish Obedience
7
9
11
13
15
17
19
Greater Spell Focus (Enchantment)
Spell Penetration
Persistent Spell
My questions are :
- What do you think about it ?
- What feat could you advice ?
- How use efficiently Deadly Caress from Nocticula : You must grapple an unwilling creature to use this ability on them ? Because you are a weak melee character BUT you have to grapple. You have low AC, low Constitution... but you have to go in melee.

in the game(PF1) a succubus CR:7 is a monster with a CR above where most PCs start. I think you mean a succubus themed PC.
Race
Tiefling is a good choice, choose the right variant or have your GM tweak one for the right SLA.
Class
For a high CHA PC sorcerer is a good choice. IMO crossblooded is not good, stick to one bloodline. Bards are charming and make a viable option. Arcanist is my other choice and a better class in some ways.
Sorcerer doesn't multiclass well, so just dip 1 level into a class that compliments a sorcerer's abilities. This is also campaign dependent (your Home Game) as challenges tend to be thematic and you want to strtegically respond to that theme.
Generally casters only have 1-2 melee Feats. Combined with 1/2 BAB it makes most melee based attacks and abilities that trigger from them unappealing. Melee defense options are far more practical.
Traits
It is hard to beat +1 Rflx and Fort. If you multiclass from a caster then Magical Knack is required. Some builds use Luck. Magical Lineage, Wayang Spellhunter.
Feats
Spell Penetration is suboptimal unless your campaign features consistent SR challenges.
Spell Focus, Varisian Tattoo, a combat feat and you're 5th level...

an instructive post on Razmiran Priest Thalevoh Wiz-Dvnr w Clr-VarPlgrm 1 > Abacade or Chummany Sor-RazPrst, 2024 but lots of good trait, feat, equip, & spell choices.

A few other options:
Blood conduit Bloodragers can be good at grappling and inflict bad touch spells on enemies.
Their statline also pairs with with a demonblooded tiefling.

Another fitting option for a succubus style character would be a seducer-witch. Charisma based, focus on charm and enchantment. Depending on your and your tables gusto, you might want to talk with you gm to tweak her a little, to make her a little less sexual.

This is why I build a character around the Seducer Witch AND Evangelist Nocticula (succubus deity)

Evangelist is one of the rather few good prestige mostly because:
Evangelists come from many different backgrounds, and they show an unusual range of diversity. At 2nd level, the evangelist must choose a class she belonged to before adding the prestige class to be her aligned class. She gains all the class features for this class, essentially adding every evangelist level beyond 1st to her aligned class to determine what class features she gains. She still retains the Hit Dice, base attack bonus, saving throw bonuses, and skill ranks of the prestige class, but gains all other class features of her aligned class as well as those of the evangelist prestige class.
This means that, when going into evangelist, all you lose is 1 level of your main class progress.
Coming from a witch, this nets you:
Over 10 Evangelist levels, this nets you:
--+10 hp (useful)
--+2 BAB (not too bad)
--+2 ref -2 will (bad imho)
--+40 skillpoints to spend (significant)
--+2 class skills (why not)
--+2 to dodge AC (nice)
--3 divine boons at typically earlier accessiblity. Some of those are really good. (sometimes so good a case can be made for banning them)
--a few extra languages (meh)
--Eventually what is likely 15 minutes of flight per day. Meh for a capstone.
One would typically grab versatile obedience to pick and choose what divine boon to get. Nocticulas frankly arent great (for a caster, the 2nd sentinel boon for a martial, from redeemed Nocticula, is top tier).
As a quick overview, for Nocticula lady in shadows, the first boons are:
1: Kiss of the Succubus (Sp) unnatural lust 3/day, detect thoughts 2/day, or vampiric touch 1/day.
Detect thoughts twice per day can be quite useful. It is concentration, up to minutes per level. Cast it on the toilet, walk outside, gather good info.
Vampiric touch is ok, at the level you get it, you have better things with your standard action then unnatural lusting someone.
-----------------------------------------
Tier 2:
2: Tempting Flesh (Su)
This has not the limitations of not being able to mimic someone specific, so it is great for infiltration. +4 untyped to bluff sadly doesnt apply to feint, but its nice.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
3: Deadly Caress (Su)
Incredibly niche for a a caster. You arent setup to grapple, and it is a really slow way of actually defeating an enemy. It has a bit of out of combat utility, but lets face it, even actual Succubi, if they are smart, rarely go for the grapple.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The exaclted boons are solid.
While the first tier is nothing to write home about, suggestion can be useful in combat. In many situations "flee and find reinforcements!" is a reasonable suggestion.
Instant blindness is really good. A free, pretty debilitating spell as a quickened action? Highly useful.
Dominate monster 1 per day is neat. Remember the cast time.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sentinel is nice.
Invisibility twice per day is useful,
the sneak attack +2d6 increase is meh on casting specialist, but power word kill once per day is quite potent.
If you are looking at redeemed Nocticula:
Evangelist boon is invisibility twice per day. Neat.
Seed of redemption is narratively potent, but I have never seen it used on a table so I cant judge it at all.
False demise when you need it is nice, but often will be detected through.
Exalted redeemed Nocticula is interesting
I would generally recommend major image. Fantastic versatility.
Major creation once per day scales with your creativity as a player. 11 cubic feet isnt super large, but even something precious lasts a fair bit.
Golems are excellent meatshields to summon, so that boon works nicely.
Nocticula redeemed Sentinel is strongly geared towards martials.
Keen edge is nice, a full additional max BAB attack (with the tail dagger) is absolute top tier for a martial, although the maximum bonus aint the greatest. You typically cant chose to fight at midnight.

I'd agree that Evangelist PrC is decent and thematic for divine agents. PFS notes entry at 6th level. Deific Obedience feat sadly hits at 12th, 16th, and 20th level which is a bit late for most things. Evangelist's Divine Boon speeds this up to 9th, 12th, 15th which is good.
walking about slowly with a concentration spell causing NPCs to make easy-average Will saves will be noticed and instigate attacks, so a bit oversold.
As you're at decent level choose the highest spell level option.
