SFS2E Mnemonic Editor Question

I've been trying to get a definitive answer on this—for the Mnemonic Editor Boon, does this allow a complete recreation of a character attached to an ID up to and including ancestry? Or are there limitations? In 1e it sounds like there were limitations but this seems unclear to me here.

I was looking for the answer to this and couldn't find it either. I'm assuming it works the same way as Evolving Destiny does in PFS: you can use the boon to rebuild everything except for ancestry, heritage, and background.

This does raise a question, though, for both Mnemonic Editor and Evolving Destiny (assuming they work similarly) -- if you can't use it to rebuild ancestry or heritage, can you also not use it to rebuild ancestry feats?

Not 100% sure, but if you can, my guess is yes, but not first-level heritage feats that are a physical part of your character's body, such as having claws or a bite attack. If the boon was meant to edit everything, I think it would have been called DNA Editor instead.
