Made a HUGE purchase to take advantage of your sale, completing my collection. Yay!

1: Why is it the ZIP files are not valid to download?

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Error>
<Code>NoSuchKey</Code>
<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>
<Key>NULL</Key>
<RequestId>4A18ZWVRJPKCH5PM</RequestId>
<HostId>zSuGBujcOyTxITDrUsMvJvbfsQWC7gTHztcBSSdT8o8V9IvpILNWRiTXvDNt/ bAbUzjEN4HX8wQ=</HostId>
</Error>

2: Selecting multiple products to download is not downloading. Nothing happens. Do I have to download each file individually? For example, I am trying to download the 12 files available to me for Iron Gods (have to download all 12 because I can't tell which download is for the "1 file per chapter" option without opening each file.

3: Is Tyrant's Grasp available in "per chapter" downloads? It's only allowing the 1 file option.

What is the average time it takes for Customer Service to respond? So I may set my expectations. Thank you.

Normally my experience is that they respond within one business day, but given the new store transition creating a lot of work for CS I've heard its been taking longer for some folks.

We do not have an average time right now as we have a huge influx of tickets and the same three people working through them all! We appreciate your patience, and we will help as soon as we can!

I cannot download Alien Core. When I click the button "Download" I see the book in browser but I cannot download it. Google try to download .xml file and says "File is not available".

Check out this knowledgebase article and see if that fixes it for you. We do plan to address this directly once everyone gets back into the office next week.

I feel like telling people to adjust their browser settings for all websites is a bit of a band-aid 'fix', when there are both a long-standing HTTP header (Content-Disposition) and an HTML5 attribute (the download attribute of the a tag) either of which can be used by the website to instruct the browser to download rather than displaying a PDF. I'm hoping that your plan to address this involves such an approach (or something similar if there's a third method I'm unaware of).

Yes, that is the plan. By default, software should work without requiring anyone to make changes to the default behavior of their software.

That's great to hear! Thank you.
