Usually there is no need to do any type of conversion. What exactly want to use that's incompatible?

You can find the errata on the FAQ. Not much changed. They confirmed Nephilim can take the Aasimar and Tiefling feats in the book (Note that despite Ganzi and Aphorite being added as Nephilim heritages in War of the Immortals, Nephilim do not have access to the Aphorite and Ganzi feats in the Ancestry Guide as of this writing). Also, Sprites and Strix had their flight feats errata'd to be in line with those of the Awakened Animal.
There's no need to conversion. Remaster is just big errata in core books that take advantage of a license change.
Unless some ancestry or heritage have some incompatibility with current remaster rules nothing will really change beyond some name changes and small adjustments like happened in Guns & Gear.
You can play using Ancestries Guida normally. Don't stay waiting some new release because it will just a small errata without probably no major changes.
The only thing that may change will be for Ganzi and Aphorite because they was integrated into Nephilim heritage when the core books was release. All others ancestries and heritages probably won't change and probably would be reprinted in different books.
Up to now we don't got any Lost Omens books remastered (someone fix me if I'm wrong) instead these content are being added to new books. Even Divine Mysteries that is 95% a reprint from Gods & Magic is technically a new book with a new name.

Mostly any conversion needed would be for things referencing alignment damage, alignment, or... actually, that is all that I can think of. Maybe the name change from positive/negative damage to vitality/void energy.
And spot checking things, I'm not finding anything like resistance to Lawful Damage on an Axiomite heritage or even anything referencing negative damage on Fetchling ancestry.
Is there something specific that you are looking at in the book that doesn't make sense when only referencing Remaster rules?

Not the OP, but y'all seem to be forgetting that the Remaster made general improvements to ancestries, such as buffing the ancestry lore feat and merging the different weapons feats into one. These are improvements that can be universally applied to any ancestry with those feats. Paizo even has precedent with its errata improving flying ancestries. So I would also be interested in an ancestry guide errata, remaster, or some other process that would make those improvements.
And yes, these are changes that aren't too difficult to homebrew, but that's still additional work and won't fly for PFS or GMs still getting comfortable to the system.
