"Whenever you Feint while holding a fan, you can give your Feint the air trait. If you do, you can Stride 10 feet before or after as part of the same action."
Can a Fan Dancer Feint against someone who is 10' away by (free) Striding before the Feint and then Feinting when in melee range?
Or is it not possible to Stride before a Feint if you don't already qualify for Feint, namely that you are in melee range already?

It does list "Stride 10 feet before or after as part of the same action."
Ultimately it is up to GM ruling. I would allow the Stride 10 feet first and then the Feint action once you are in position even if that means that you couldn't Feint from your original location. As long as you could use Feint once you are in your second location.
I think it is an uphill battle to try and argue that even though the ability says you can Stride 10 feet before the Feint action, it really means that you have to be able to use Feint first before you can Stride.

looks like another 'ask your GM' question
a kite is 4cp? that's vaguely similar
honestly, maybe for the most basic version
things like fans can be from the cheapest wood with parchment on top to intricistcly carved rare materials covered with the finest of silk hand painted by some legendary artist
so - ask your gm for the *base* price :P
and then decide how much you want to spend on it

I really like the fan dancer archetype, though funnily enough, I'm not the biggest fan (hah!) of having to use a fan. I get the concept and why it works like that, but I would have liked a regular "dancer" archetype too. Luckily, you can dip into the dedication and take its two 4th level skill feats and you are golden.
