secret door indicators are part of the image on those maps that have them.

this is so very, very annoying. I have to photoshop the maps every time.

is there any indication when in the year this starts? I've begun with my group and decided to start on 14th Gozran, figuring it should be after winter, and specifically a few weeks before a new moon so that the observation is perfect... yep, definitely nice clear skies ahead.
When exactly the next full moon comes could of course be pertinent.

How does one play as a Palatine Detective? I don't see a boon for it. Does one just need to be associated with the Order?

looks like another 'ask your GM' question

a kite is 4cp? that's vaguely similar

"Whenever you Feint while holding a fan, you can give your Feint the air trait. If you do, you can Stride 10 feet before or after as part of the same action."

Can a Fan Dancer Feint against someone who is 10' away by (free) Striding before the Feint and then Feinting when in melee range?
Or is it not possible to Stride before a Feint if you don't already qualify for Feint, namely that you are in melee range already?

what's the latest on PaizoCon Europe? These vague mentions in blogs are the only cryptic clues I can find.

Can you confirm that Tengu and Ratfolk are still freely available as options for Society play?

In August the Blog announced this was the case. However the updated Lorespire guide to Society play says:

Select an Ancestry

Ancestry follows the normal rules in the Core Rulebook, with minor modifications to adapt to the languages of Golarion. The Pathfinder Society does not permit Half-elves or Half-orcs of ancestries other than Human. In addition to the common ancestries in the Core Rulebook, characters also have access to the following ancestries provide the player owns the corresponding book:

Leshy (from the Lost Omens Character Guide)
Kobold (from the Advanced Player's Guide )
Orc (from the Advanced Player's Guide )

Uncommon Ancestries

Because your ancestry is one of the first things you pick about your character, and it is not possible to retrain your ancestry as you might retrain other options, the only way to select uncommon or rarer ancestries is with a boon that allows you to create a new character of this ancestry.

... so no Uncommon without a boon... but there is no boon for Tengu or Ratfolk.

my Cactus Leshy is extremely prickly that only their Pine Leshy friends can get a boon for Defensive Needles. Hopefully this will spike your interest, assuming you get the point.

Every Gatewalker gets the throat tattoo? First thing my players will ask - what does it look like?

Right. Prerequisite: Cactus or Pine Leshy.
Uncommon therefore needs access.
Limited therefore access must be purchased via boon.

Access is available for Pine Leshies which must be unlocked via boon.

So there's no access possible for Cactus Leshies? Why bother making them a prerequisite then?
It seems so perfect for a cactus person. I don't get it.

Is there any way to get the feat Defensive Needles on a Cactus Leshy?
I can see how to do this for Pine Leshies. But Cactus?

Prerequisites: Cactus Leshy, or Pine Leshy
Access: Pine leshies have access to this feat
