Hello, I have a question about four-armed aspect.
You can also use these arms as free hands to perform only the following actions or activities: Disarm, Grapple, Shove, and Trip. After this minute or when you become unconscious, whichever comes first, these additional arms fade away.
Is it possible to use the intercepting hands/transcendent deflection from Spirit warrior archetype and sweeping fan block/sweeping fan redirection [You’re wielding two fans, one in each hand] ?
Thanks for your future answer.

Transcendent deflection requires a weapon and four armed aspect only provides free hands for those maneuvers. Sweeping fan block/sweeping fan redirection don't interact with four armed aspect at all as neither requires a free hand OR involves Disarm, Grapple, Shove, and Trip. That leaves intercepting hands: There is an affect when the Disarm attempt is a critical success and you have a hand free, but that isn't a Disarm, Grapple, Shove, or Trip action so it too doesn't interact with it [edit: as four armed aspect doesn't provide the fist required in the trigger, it can't be used when normal hands are full.
So in conclusion, four-armed aspect acts as a free action ONLY for those skill actions: it works for those actions inside an activity but only for that subordinate action.

I'm going to guess these are new options from newly published books, because I can't find them on Archives of Nethys.
Can you post all the relevant rules text?
4 armed aspect increases carry bulk and what was quoted.
The fan feats involve a reaction to increase AC vs a ranged attack and the backup feat that can redirect the attack to the attacker.
Transcendent deflection gives you a reaction to break your weapon to ignore an attack.
Intercepting hands gives your fists Disarm and you have a reaction when targeted to Disarm them.
EDIT: Sorry for the cliff notes version, I'm on my phone.
