I usually keep scrolls on my casters, and refill them as I use it, some that I like to have:
Revealing Light/Seen the Unseen: On most campaigns invisible creatures don't appear as often to have it in the repertoire/prepared, but when they appear they are annoying, so I keep a scroll or two of those spells and refill them after use.
Water Walk, Warter Breathing, Cleanse Air: As well other spells that depends of the environment, if you are on like a Pirate campaign then it might be better to just have the spells instead of scrolls.

Definitely Water walk/Water breathing. You rarely need them, but when it comes up they are huge. If you're in a water heavy campaign, learn them instead.
I enjoy stuff like Helpful Steps and Sonata Span if you have people in the party that are lacking in skills for overcoming physical terrain challenges, since "I pull out a scroll and a giant staircase appears" is a fun way to solve those problems.

Ravenous Portal. It is never worth preparing, but when the opportunity comes up to use it, it's hilarious.
Sonata Span can be handy early before flight becomes cheap to access.
Safe Passage can help mitigate damaging areas and the +2 to saves is always handy.
Soothing Spring is one of the few ways to heal fatigue outside of resting a full night.
Cleanse Air can completely negate some spells and monster abilities, similar to Life Bubble from 1E.
