Easiest way to get Shield Cantrip?

Pathfinder Second Edition General Discussion

What is the fast way to get the Shield cantrip on any Ancestry who's class in nto a caster in a Free Archetype game with +2 Wisdom? I am not feeling Cleric but if it is a must then it is.

Buy a Warding Statuette

The runescarred archetype, works on any ancestry and doesn't have a stat requirement

A level 7 item that costs 325 gp? You'd have to start at minimum level 6 to even afford it.

But really, any spellcasting archetype can get you a shield as soon as Level 2. But your limits are cleric or Druid if Wisdom is your highest mental score. Runescarred is also a good option. Also consider at Level 3, you can take Adopted Ancestry. If you choose, say, Elf, you can probably take Otherworldly Magic or Wildborne Magic at Level 5.

Even a Versatile Heritage might work better!

Half Elf or Half Gnome via Custom Mixed Heritage rules?

Aeon Stone (Dusty Rose Prism)

If the only caster archetype you meet the requirements for is based on Wisdom, then Cleric. Druid if you want Glass Shield instead. You get more options with INT or CHA, but there aren't that many WIS casters.

Otherwise Adopted Ancestry into one that has an ancestry feat to get a cantrip, like Elf Otherworldly Magic.
