I have a subscription to the Remaster books and I started it back with the first Remaster book and I haven't had any problems prior to this but now with the Player Core 2 book , I received the email on Monday July 15 but I haven't been billed and it's still listed as pending status which I thought was odd being as I would usually get billed and within 5 to 6 days.
Is anyone else having the same thing happen? I figured I'd give them till this Wednesday before I contact support.

According to the Product Shipping thread, the expected shipping window is up to Friday the 26th. As it’s currently only the 23rd, I wouldn’t worry yet. It is fairly random when during the window you get your order shipped.

I just got my shipping notice today for the player core 2 and starfinder 2 playtest books so it is going out. I just got billed saturday I think.
