Like I obviously want corebook's release to pair with SF2e Alien Archive and Species/Ancestry book, but I'd honestly really like gm book for Starfinder themed variant rules and such. Would be nice to get that vast book in SF eventually, but not at release and I'm not sure I want 2e pactworlds and near space books since 1e ones should still work x'D need to hear any ap setting updates from somewhere though. Starfinder religion book might also be nice now that they use same format as in pathfinder
But yeah feeling like I'm forgetting something obvious for what would be nice. So uh, yeah what other books would be nice whether close to release or not?

Highhelm... in SPACE
Thinly veiled Deep Rock Galactic references. Dwarves galore. Dwarf themed space ships and stations. Dwarven Space Miner archetype. Full on classes that basically say you must be this short to enter. Laser clan daggers. Beer archetype. Dwarf metal band called Rockripper or something. Dwarven robotic companion for hauling all our rocks and stones.

I really liked the SF1 paradigm of "this is the technology book, this is the magic book, this is the exploration book." That is a good format and I'm hoping that we see that come back after the core line established. With hindsight they might be able to split the classes up to better fit those books. Mechanic winding up in the tech book alongside nanocyte, assuming mechanic isn't in the core. Precog and witchwarper showing up in the magic book side by side. The technomancer showing up in either book, assuming it's not core.

I mixed on what would be better single topic per book or a mixed. Single topic per book I think would be best if all the books were published at one time. I wondering if 3 books similar to Ports of Call would be a good way to grow the game quicker than 3 books one each for tech, species, and places. Each of the Port of Call-like books could cover 8 locations, one species, and tech from each location. In 3 books that would only be one less species than Interstellar Species has. It could cover one more planet than there are in the Pact Worlds and Vaskarium star systems. And lots of equipment.
Altho I compared the number of planets, it could be over to the Pact Worlds and Vaskarium. It wouldn't have to necessarily be those planets as we already know about them from the Current Starfider.
One factor that might come into play is the ORC. Old lore would be easy for players to use as is at the start of Starfinder 2e but if old lore under the OGL is not usable under the ORC then Paizo might want to or need to reestablish the base setting first.

For a singular book, I'd love to see a book called Starfinder Alien Cantina, as someone else had suggested in another thread.
That book would be like Interstellar Species with the addition of an actual location with map and description of a bar known as The Cantina. The NPC section of the book would cover the owner, employees, and regular customers of The Cantina. The Cantina would be a place where you are most likely to find any known species in the same place.

I want to see a book on cybernetics and gene modifications.
- uplift that beaver and give him a chainsaw arm - no ash tree will be safe.
- where not born a Nephilim but want their wings - sure will that be credits?
- put a camera in your eye and have the evidence for "self defense"
- become a space elf or just look like one
...
