I doubt there are sufficient applications for this to be anyone's full-time job.
Which means that it doesn't matter at all how many applications are in the pile, there are other parts of their job that might be more urgent.
One would think that support of a community that wants to support Paizo would be a little more urgent.

If they simply want to support the Paizo community, there is nothing stopping them from offering Pathfinder and/or Starfinder games for Society credit at their store right now.
If it's the lack of "incentives" that is stopping them from offering such community support, then I guess they'll have to wait until Paizo staff have finished their higher priority tasks.

None of this precludes Paizo from responding to the business. Customer Service goes a long way to create good feelings of support of small businesses that want to support them. If one cannot see that, then I hope that they are not in a business situation.

There are several people who work for Paizo. There is likely only a couple who are able to do this task, and being as those are either marketing or customer service folk, they were probably focused on making sure GenCon went well. Either way, they're not likely to communicate with you, person who is not legally involved with the game store, about private matters between them and the game store.

I don't recall asking for them to talk to me directly. Your apologias are not needed in this case.
