I haven't been following it very closely but I'm surprised I haven't seen any discussion on the topic yet.
Apparently, there is something weird going on relating to specific pages of the Dark Archive where some users are being sent individual select pages of the book to reveal some hidden meaning via their downloads. The Discord has a whole thing going on to figure it all out but I figured I'd make a topic here to help clue in some others who don't keep an eye on the pulse of things in other social media as a place to discuss what theories and findings people come up with.

Some users are getting an email notifying them about a download through the normal website digital content pipeline where they have been granted something named "Dark Archive page XX out of 22" and various users are receiving DIFFERENT pages in the range from 1 - 22.
Each of the pages supposedly has part of a hidden message that can be figured out collectively if you overlay some/all of them and lower the opacity them in some manner it highlights pieces of text that presumably will reveal ... whatever this thing is. No idea if the rabbit hole goes any deeper than this and there is more to come but I suspect that may be the case given how ARGs usually involve several phases/steps of cooperation to solve.
I'm GUESSING that this whole thing was already part of the Dark Archive PDF but nobody discovered this on their own yet so now Paizo decided it was a good time to drip-feed individual users the pages that relate to it to get the thing kick-started but that's just my guess.

The current thread about the issue
Ahhh, I didn't see that before as it looked like it was probably just a technical support issue thread placed in the wrong area. -DOH-
