I want to make a healing/sun's warmth/high positivity character. Sarenrae was the obvious choice for deity, which is why I think the prestige class Dawnflower Anchorite would work. Blossoming Light is very thematic for the starting class before multiclassing into the prestige class, but I want to know if there are better options for this.
In addition, if there is a way for me to become sunlight, or something like that, I'd like to hear it.
Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Energy Body (Su): As a standard action, you can transform your body into pure life energy, resembling a golden-white fire elemental. In this form, you gain the elemental subtype and give off a warm, welcoming light that increases the light level within 10 feet by one step, up to normal light. Any undead creature striking you with its body or a handheld weapon deals normal damage, but at the same time the attacker takes 1d6 points of positive energy damage + 1 point per oracle level. Creatures wielding melee weapons with reach are not subject to this damage if they attack you. If you grapple or attack an undead creature using unarmed strikes or natural weapons, you may deal this damage in place of the normal damage for the attack. Once per round, if you pass through a living allied creature's square or the ally passes through your square, it heals 1d6 hit points + 1 per oracle level. You may use this ability to heal yourself as a move action. You choose whether or not to heal a creature when it passes through your space. You may return to your normal form as a free action. You may remain in energy body form for a number of rounds per day equal to your oracle level.

Various Flame Dancer/Dervish Dancer Bards would spring to mind.
They way you normally play blossoming light is via Monk Dip, to get Wis to AC, which is however not as available if you are Neutral good.
An alternative is dip in sorceror for mage armor and shield, and access to wands of these as well.
Do you start at level 1?

Any of the Lantern Bearer/Lantern Lighter archetypes/prestige classes could easily be made to fit. The Ranger archetype, specifically, is loads of fun late game with its Stunning/Paralyzing Light business... an Aasimar with the Daylight SLA, Auspicious Birth [Sun Sign], the Ampliflied Radiance teamwork feat if it applies, and Heavenly Radiance, carry a Glorious enchanted weapon... VMC Cleric/Inquisitor [Sarenrae] for even more fun.
The Sunsinger Skald exists, although it's definitely not my favoritest Skald archetype... Skalds can take the Pallavi of Nirvana’s Blossoming (Dance) masterpiece, though. VMC Magus isn't terrible if allowed to use the Spell Blending Arcana to add spells known as a Skald. It doesn't quite make up for losing Spell Kenning, but hey, you get Spellstrike (and there's always other useful Arcana)...
Lamplighter Investigator?
Warrior of the Holy Light Paladin!
An Elf with the Lightbringer alternative racial feature and the Adopted trait to pick up the Geniekin race trait, Minor Wishcraft.
An Aasimar Warlock Vigilante, or Construct Sabotuer Rogue, or Arcane Duleist Bard using Sunlit Strike? Aasimar Bloodrager using Sunlit Strike and Blooded Arcane Strike! Aasimar Eldritch Scion Magus VMC Sorcerer using both the Bloodrager and Sorcerer version of the Celestial Bloodline... with Sunlit Strike and possibly Blooded Arcane Strike (if Eldritch Scions can take that).
Just look up the spell called Fear the Sun... then think of which classes that have access to that spell, or can gain access to it, interest you. I, personally, have an entire folder dedicated exactly to said spell. Lol.

Angelfire Apostle has smiliar background to Blossoming light,
(both get 2 extra channels, although blossoming light can get 2 more by picking extra channel feat), I would probably prefer to have an Angelfire apostle, who does not have to jump through an insane amount of hoops to be capable of combat (only loses medium armor compared to normal cleric, his diminished spellcasting is kind of countered by its level 5 ability to cast restoration or remove blindness using 2 channel energy slots).
One thing is that Angelfire apostles level 9 ability is pretty drat good though, so you may not be jumping off the apostle train directly at level 5.
Angelfire apostles can use channels as restoration spells, or as remove blindness, which basically means you dont have to actually prep these spells and greatly alleviates the diminished spellcasting.

Are you sure you want to give up domain spells and not be able to use armor? That is a pretty steep price to pay Many of the Credence’s are combat focused and not being able to use armor is going to put you at a severe disadvantage in combat. Personally, I would use a vanilla cleric instead.
I was planning on getting a Beaming ranged weapon, probably a bow of some sort, because of the Searing Light working well with this build, and partially also because it reminds me of Light Arrows from Zelda, so I would almost never be in melee unless I needed to heal my allies with a touch spell, but I think there are ways around that too, besides just spamming Channel Energy.
Plus, there are some small ways I can boost my AC, if needed, like one of the Credences.
Do you start at level 1?
Yes and no.
I'm going play this as a player soon, assuming plans don't change, and it'll start at level 1.
I also really like the idea, and want to use it as an NPC when I GM, with a player being able to take them as a Cohort with Leadership, if they want. Otherwise, I want to have some NPCs that I'll roll percentage dice to see if they'll save the PCs when they would fail due to poor strategy or poor rolls, kinda like how King Mickey could show up if you died in boss fights in Kingdom Hearts 2, and I'll add this character as an NPC that can save the PCs.

As for everyone else, I have a lot to look through now, so thank you for the suggestions.

Beaming is a once per day enchantment, and you don’t get credence’s until 7th level. Your first credence is probably going to be used to get channel energy. That means your character will be 9th level before they can get the boost to AC. Even then that is still a limited resource.
Your character is going to be starting at 1st level when you don’t have access to any of those things. At low levels clerics don’t really have any offensive spell ability and have very few spells to begin with. If you follow the advice about dipping your caster level will be two lower than normal. You channel energy will also be delayed. I am not sure being a full spell level lower in gaining access to spell is worth it.
Even if you are not in melee combat you can still be attacked. Ranged weapons work against player characters, not just NPC’s. This character is going to have a hard time surviving at lower levels and may not make it to the prestige class.
Dawnflower Anchorite is a great prestige class for a cleric because by the time you hit 4th level in it the only thing you have lost is a single caster level. All your other class abilities (channel energy and domains) are still going up. The rest of the abilities tend to focus on combat.

My suggestion is that early levels will be far less painfull as a angelfire apostate.
Running some numbers: Dex to damage on a scimitar is 3 feats, and then you ideally also want to get into unhindering shield, which gets prohibitive.
So, level 1 human fighter, feats are weapon focus Scimitar, Shield focus, Power attack or divine fighting style Saerenrae.
Use heavy armor, Buckler and Scimitar for thematic reasons.
Level 2 to X, Angelfire Apostle (Bonus Channel for free at char level 2, selective channel at level 3).
You will qualify for unhindering shield at level 9, meaning that the feats at level 5 and 7 can be used for other purposes. It also means that VMCing with Oracle is possible.
In combat, you are a very tanky (heavy armor and a buckler with shield focus), buffed with normal spells like divine favor, you will hit reasonable well, so your party does not have to protect you. Selective channel into purfiying channel is a reasonable idea as well.
The main reason why I would not want to play one is well, Int is a dump stat and clerics are in skill point hell. You may well be looking at just 2ish skill points per level, and I find that really punishing.

DEX to damage takes 2 feats and 2 skill point. Weapon Finesse and 2 ranks in perform dance are the prerequisite for Dervish Dance. You can pick this up as a 3rd level cleric.
You are right, I was thinking of slashing grace which also requires weapon focus! 2 Skill points is a lot easier to justify then a feat.
