So playing a Half-Orc Warpriest And I need some suggestions for a Diety. Am Chaotic Neutral. I am also wondering how aura works. I don't quite understand it.

If your warpriest worships a chaotic good deity their aura will be chaotic good even if that's not the warpriest's actual alignment. This only makes a difference to detection spells and (if you get the sacred summons feat, which as a warpriest you shouldn't) to summon monster spells.

Gorum is a CN god of bloody battle for its own sake, Desna is a CG goddess of luck and travel, Pharasma is the true neutral goddess of birth and death; a CN warpriest can worship any of those three, just as an example. If you have a concept at all (or a desire for some particular advantages in a build) maybe you could mention it and we could offer some advice along those lines?

Hey Avr thanks for the suggestions,
I have to be honest I don't have to much a a concept because this is the first time I will be using my diety more in my roleplay. In the past I have just inserted them into my character sheet and that was the extent. I am a multiclass going from Gunslinger (Crossbowmaven till 5) Then dipping into warpriest (Arsenal Chaplain) for three levels. So lvl 8 total. I have to be War Blessing because of Arsenal Chaplain even if that is not a domain offered by my diety. I am a CN type player. Loner that sort of decides what is right in my own mind based on my experiences. I do lean more toward good vs evil but more toward Chaotic vs lawful. Does that open up any other advice?

An archer who uses a mechanical weapon strongly associated with civilisation rather than the wild; that might point in Brigh's direction. Minimal effect on game mechanics but it does let you cast mending if you want to, or to summon a clockwork spy if you prepare summon monster I. Also you have weapon focus & do 1d6 damage with a light hammer.

The loner & judge concept (if I'm understanding you right) sounds like Pharasma. As a warpriest this means you'll be better with daggers than you expect, as with Brigh and the light hammer. When you get second level spells false life will be an option.

As a Matchmaker by profession, I would normally ask 'are you currently involved in a long term relationship?', but I see that you are actually looking for a Diety! Clearly that is "Looking for a Long Term Relationship!"

Wanting to get a little more of the Devine in your life? Well son, have a beer while we discuss the merits of Cayden - the Lucky Drunk.

Before his ascension, he was an adventurer much like yourself - so you have a lot in common. Having a deity that can relate to you has it's advantages! And being C/N to his C/G would add a little spice to the relationship - I know, as I am C/N myself!

But here! I promised you a beer! I'll produce my holy symbol ...
(a beer mug in hand, Giamo proceeds to cast Create Water, producing beer - Cayden's Finest!)
- I'll tell ya, a mans got to have a lot of respect for a deity whose holy symbol is a frothy mug of heaven!

Sobek? Not much written up on them but they're a deity of military prowess among other things, give you the Falchion as a favored weapon and they're CN. You could have a whole thing with alligators and be really into following rivers.

How married are you to worshipping a deity that's only Chaotic or has a twinge of Good to them? Like, what about Demon Lords or other evil entities that allow CN as one of their worshipper alignments? Also, are there any interesting quirks or elements of your character or build you want to play up?

Finally, how far away from the pellet bow do you want to get with your Sacred Weapon bonus from the Favored Weapon of the deity? There's a deity of Harrow Readers called Chadali who is an Azata Lord and god. He grants use of a net as your Favored Weapon; if you're Dex based already having an Exotic Weapon that can target Ranged Touch and deliver Entangled to up to Large sized creatures could come in handy.

There's tons of deities here to consider. Another one I just spotted is the orcish mother of fertility, community and tribes called Dretha that gives you a scimitar as your favored weapon. Since she's an orc deity it shouldn't be too tough to understand how you came to venerate her; perhaps your warlike aspect in her name is to go out and protect those who can't protect themselves? Idk...

If this is following the Bolt Ace 5/Arsenal Chaplain 8 build posted a while ago, using Overwatch Style... then I would worship Angradd. It's a Dwarven god, to go with the PelletBow. Lol. Lawful Good, though. Angradd has a trait [Well-Prepared] that gives +1 attack with readied actions... and Overwatch Vortex gives you like 4 of those... ends up being pretty legit for a trait.

Worship Imot, take Monitor Obedience, and add Trapfinding to your resume.

Worship Mazmezz and turn into spider. Lol.

Seriously, though, I wouldn't lose any sleep over picking a deity. Go to AoN, search for deities by the alignment you want, put their names in a hat, and pick one.
