Methods of applying bleed damage for any class?

Advice

Howdy!

was hoping to poke at the collective brain. Excluding specific class base framework. What methods are there to get bleed?

THere are some multiclassing, some archetypes and some runes that do things..

What are some folks know?

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Rogue has a debilitation at...12?...if they have medicine. Swashbuckler gets BLeeding Finisher at 8. There's a Wounding rune I believe.

Dagger critical specialization adds bleeding damage.

Instrument of slaughter ( lvl 16 evil champion class feat) adds 2 weapon dice as bleeding damage when you critically strike a target while you are under the effect of the extra damage provided by your champion reaction).

Blood vendetta is a good way to use low level slots, as well as reaction, for a caster.

Catfolk aggravating scratch gives 1d4 bleeding damage on unarmed strikes critical hits. Maybe there are other ancestries which give a similar feat.

Lots of ways. How neat!
Wounding seems most efficient for my idea. As if you're not a main martial crit hits feel harder to come by to base it on something.

I've never heard of blood vendetta. Gonna need to look that up!

Thanks for the input so far

edit: Found another. Discerning Strike. pathfinder agent and works off thorough reports. WHich is an ability I already loved.
It is only 1 persistent damage though.

Grand Lodge

If unarmed build go orc or half orc for Bloody Blows (5th lev. ancestery feat).

Aggravating Scratch is persistent poison damage, actually.

There's an Orc Ancestry feat that adds 1d4 persistent bleed to all unarmed critical hits, though. And Changelings can get 1d4 persistent mental damage on a claw crit.

There're also the Caltrop Snare and Bleeding Spines Snare, if you consider traps too.

@Blave: Right, it was the orc!

Bird animal companion has a support action that adds persistent bleed damage to targets that bird's companion successfully Strikes

The bird's master.

It's also quite good when the bird becomes nimble.
