I've been tryin got sort out where exactly various countries are in Casmaron based on descriptions from pathfinder wiki, the lost omens books, and maps from APs. Is this looking about right? a couple areas I'm not 100% sure how far Iobaria continues east over the Castrovin Sea or what exactly is between the Windswept Wastes and Iobaria/ Castrovin Sea. Is it more of the Wastes? Any help would be appreciated!

The southernmost peninsula is Vudra, and we don't know what the big peninsula in the east is yet. I doubt the area in the north is entirely Iobaria, but it's hard to be sure since it doesn't really have defined borders. The archipelago off the west coast is Iblydos, I think, and Karazh and the Grass "Sea" are between Vudra and the Castrovin Sea,so that's probably what big stretch of grassland to the north of Vudra is. Kelesh is at or near the western border of Vudra, so I think you're right about the peninsula in the west being part of it, though I don't think that's all of it.
Judging by the wiki, the Whistling Plains extend into western Casmaron, and I suspect at least part of that big desert is in the Parchlands. Not entirely sure where the Windswept Wastes are, but Gormuz is said to be in that area, and Gormuz was close to Ninshabur. Ninshabur is near the southwest of the Castrovin Sea, and Kaskkari is also on its western shore.

I'm guessing the area labelled as "More Iobaria" is probably not Iobaria but maybe something vaguely like Siberia; a very isolated part of the world with loads of different rustic-like nations there. It is a very big region after all, nearly the same size of Avistan all by itself. I'm guessing a very primeval land that would be a good place to put in a large presence of giantkin and yetis.
And also personally I doubt Kaladay is that big, as it is a Tian colony, and a pretty reclusive one at that and not particularly friendly to outsiders (so I can't imagine it attracts that much trade).

I am hoping that much of the north east of the continent is made up of nomadic peoples that don’t have cities or nation states, and would be a region that defies attempts to establish borders. It would be cool to have a region that had fairly chaotic, moving land and terrain features and was less dungeon-site focused and more large battle maps and environmental challenge focused.
Edit: like it would be cool if there was a large section of the continent that has not been mapped because it actively resists being mapped. Mountains rise overnight at their own whim and features like rivers and forests are fully inhabited by spirits that have wills of their own.

Thanks for all the help and to @vagrant-poet for the map! It cleared up some of the Kelish/Vurda layout that I wasn't clear on.
Still not sure how far east Grass Sea goes, but pathfinderwiki lists it as being between Kelish/Vudra/Kalady. That seems to fit geographically if
kalady trades by sea. Kalady is confusing, its described as north east of the Castrovian Sea. I could be putting to much emphasis on natural barriers. Also Starting to think that a lot of that eastern part of Casmaron hasn't been identified.
If anyone was wondering, I'm using the world map form the 2e core book, a lot of info from Lost Omens World Guide, and the pathfinderwiki.
Also, new map Updated based on all the great help!

^ Nice!
One thing that you may want to check & correct is your placement of Goka. I think you've labelled it too far north of where it should be. Its actual placement would be about level with the "Ocean" part of the Embaral Ocean label (i.e. just northwest of the two "small" dense woodlands along the west coast of Tian Xia - there's even a break in the mountain range there if you're able to zoom in enough).
Carry on!

I cant find anything that elaborates on what is North/ northeast of the Castrovian Sea. I still suspect Kalady is that central part and may be extends north.
After reading into The reign of Winter AP I have theories, but thats it. In all likelihood it was part of the Koloran Emipire, maybe even the bulk of it. Artrosa makes me think maybe Baba Yaga started the plagues or something in Koloran and placed the maiden, mother and crone there to warn people off. It seems like it all would have a vary similar environment to Dvesda Marches, on the west side of the Myrfrus River.
The map of Iobaria was made available in a blog post here Iobarian Timeline
I was getting distracted with some of the details around Tian Xia so I scraped all but labeling the continent.
