Depends of the turn order that you use fascinated, it's better used before the enemy turn so it is not broken by allies and also better used against caster as they can't use concentrate actions on anything but the what is causing the fascinated.

Not much.

It may be used in conjonction with other abilities used by your allies, like Bon Mot. But I haven't found an ability that would be really strong with it.

I think that a spectator is somebody who assist and, eventually, enjoy what happens.

If you partecipate in something you are not a spectator anymore.

Example1: The gladiatior provokes a thug and start a brawl with him, while his other 2 allies stand by watching, laughing at the thug.

The 2 allies are now spectators

Example2: The gladiatior provokes a thug and start a brawl with him, and his other 2 allies joins the brawl too because it seems too dangeros for their friend alone.

The 2 allies are no longer spectators

If the opponents become fascinated, did they consider as spectators ?
