I couldn't really find anything, so in my Kingmaker campaign, I added my own "tree of life"... and a construct named Hexxus that cut it down. Lol. Party killed the construct and revived the petrified stump of the tree. In some long lost research, I found some lore about a certain type of tree following Ley Lines. I believe the type of tree started with a "P", but I am not sure.
Anyways, my "tree of life" was growing at the intetsection of two Ley Lines, its taproot tapping into their vast energies. The Kyonin Elves used to find the tree sacred until Treerazer sent Hexxus to cut it down. By the end of the campaign, the blooms of Nyrissa's First World magic had transformed it from whatever the type of tree it was into a gigantic Scythe Tree... standing twice as tall as any other tree in the forest. It had impaled and absorbed the Ley Guardian Witch NPC living nearby (my version of Old Bedlame) during its transformation, and was awakened/sentient with spontaneous casting Witch levels. Lol.
She/It/The tree of life/Old Bedlame used her/its massive, bladed branches to clear all the forest around it within reach, leaving a perfectly circular clearing centered around her/it. The Milani worshipping King had a permenant wall of thorns lining the clearing, with guarded gates allowing pilgrims to enter. The location became a shrine to nature, a temple not associated with any god.
