Card Caster Destroyed Cards

Rules Questions

I was thinking that it's amazing how the cartomancer(witch archetype) and card caster(magus archetypes) have the same deadly dealer but the magus gets his card destroyed while the witch don't.

Is there a way to make sure that the card doesn't get destroyed with the card caster? (yes i could use chakram and other weapons like that but i think it loses flavor with the origin of the archetype so i'll stick to cards if i can)

Where's the witch at it doesn't destroy the card when using deadly dealer?

it's in the deliver touch spells 3rd level ability

"Deliver Touch Spells (Su): At 3rd level, when the cartomancer uses the Deadly Dealer feat with a card from her spell deck, the card is not destroyed and gains the returning weapon special ability..."

which means that when she get deadly dealer at 2n level she should wait before using it or else...(or she could also use a normal deck for one level)

Regarding Card Magus it says it has to use Harrow cards for most of it's abilities. I'm curious could he use normal like 1 CP instead a hundred gold for Harrow Cards?

Well, that's probably because the cards work like a familiar for the witch, without them they can't use their main class ability (casting) very well
