Warpriest Zilla (If it works the way I think). The biggest drawback is the slower Wildshape progression but you are still a full warpriest with a lot of extra attacks.
Feats:
1 (Level) - Improved Grapple
1 (Human) - Improved Unarmed Strike
1 (Class) - Weapon Focus (Claws)
3 (Level) - Combat Reflexes
3 (Bonus) - UNDECIDED
5 (Level) - Kraken Style
6 (Bonus) - Martial Versatility (Weapon Focus: Natural Attacks)
6 (FC Bonus) - Feral Combat Training
7 (Level) - Natural Spell
9 (Level) - Multiattack
9 (Bonus) - Kraken Wrack
It starts off as a standard OP natural attack build. With a Bite and 2 Claws.
Martial Versatility: Weapon Focus then let's all Natural Attacks benefit from sacred damage.
Level 7 The Feral Champion gains Wildshape. From then Giant Ictopus is the name of the game. With Sacred Damage on 8 tentacles with grab, constrict, Kraken style/wrack damage, and Armour Spikes.

Armour spikes will be a problem. Octopuses can't wear normal armour, and barding stitches are both icky and impractical for a shapeshifter. All the rest works. I guess you could get bracers of armor with the ghost spike property but having them activated could be a problem - you'd need to activate them then change shape. Edit: or the bone fists spell would work. It's necromancy not a polymorph and clerics get it.
Even without spikes the general idea (giant octopus wild shape w/sacred weapon damage) is one of the concepts I have listed in my head as OP from seeing previous builds. If huge damage is the target you're aiming for, this hits it.

I hate stitched Armour too. The Wild Enchantment was my plan. Bone Fists is a great idea too, I hadn't thought of that

It is certainly not an original idea, I just wanted to see if I could get it to work without multiclassing

Feral Champion Warpriests don't get regular Sacred Weapon Damage. They only get it for their Claws.
So I keep being told :-(

I'm sorry. I don't actually multiclass gratuitously. I have well-considered reasons for every dip.
