Has anyone worked out stats for brigandine armor?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brigandine
I surmise brigandine might be between scale and chain in relation to some stats:
Medium
Price: 5gp
AC Bonus: +3
Dexterity Cap: +2
Check Penalty: -2
Speed Penalty: -5'
Strength: 15
Bulk: 2
Group: composite
Armor Traits: flexible
Other suggestions?

I've just called "studded leather" as "brigandine" in every edition, both to remove studded leather and represent brigandine. Two birds with one magic missile.
Yeah, that's what I would do. "Studded leather" was misidentified brigandine to start with.

3e brigandine was essentially splint mail, as described: metal strips, leather backing, worn over padding. For some reason, PF2 changed splint to be mail reinforced with metal plates, but given the rather rough division of armor types in PF2, that's what I'd go with.
Edit: Either that, or I'd just have it use the same stats as chain mail, except composite and drop flexible and noisy. That would have the advantage of offering users of medium armor their choice of mail, composite, or plate armor. Not that it matters much for most medium armor users, because that's mostly relevant if you have armor specialization, which is a fighter/champion thing anyway. I think the only ones who have armor specialization and only medium armor would be Sentinels that start out with Light armor or Unarmored.
