For each of the national leaders, organization heads, and comparatively powerful individuals, what's going right now?
What is their current ambition?
What are the main problems they are currently dealing with?
Are they in their ascendency or are they diminishing?
What do they consider to be the greatest threat to their success?
What do they need?
What do they most lack?
Who do they consider to be their closest ally that isn't under their direct control?
Who is their greatest enemy?
What is the ace up their sleeve?

The leader of Galt is currently being executed. The next leader of Galt is slated to be executed next week.
Amusingly, no. Per Lost Omens Legends the current leader seems like she might actually survive the job, at least for a while. Which is, y'know, surprising, but still true.

** spoiler omitted **
That we got a write up on a new leader with specific ambitions though is promising for those wanting some Galt content.

Archpaladin Zousha wrote:And she's friends with a bunch of other local female rulers like Eutropia in Taldor and Queen Telandria in Kyonin! GIRL POWER! :DBut not Marusek of Andoran, because heaven forbid our feminist strivers not also be absolute monarchs.
Er...actually no, the opposite of that.
Andira Marusek, Supreme Elect of Andoran is actually probably the single strongest ally Camilia Drannoch (the Chairwoman of the Revolutionary Council of Galt) has, and is specifically noted as such. Per both of their entries in Lost Omens Legends. Both of their relations to the Queen of Kyonin and Crown Princess Eutropia are notably cooler than their relationship to each other, if still relatively friendly by 'rulers of neighboring nation state' standards (though Andoran as a country is friendlier with Kyonin and Taldor than it is with Galt for what should be pretty obvious reasons).
Indeed, Andira is in on Camilia's secret agenda that I spoilered above. Neither of the neighboring monarchs are involved in that.
In fact, it's worth noting that both Andira and Camilia are specifically noted as being very leery of getting to close to monarchs precisely because of their political convictions (and, it is implied in Camilia's case, a justifiable fear of being beheaded if she does).

As an aside, no one would even bat an eye if 4 neighboring countries all had men as leaders.
In fact, there are several such areas in Golarion even now (Razmiran, Ustalav, Belkzen, and Nirmathas all have male leaders, for example, as do the lands claimed by the Whispering Tyrant, obviously), and they were more common in PF1 (flipping Taldor to a female ruler breaks up a couple of them, for example).
So yeah, it says something about real world sexism that it's notable. The people in-universe seem to have more or less taken it in stride other than those of Taldor, anyway.

On side note, I'm amused that previous leader of Galt who was evil mesmerist in 1e got taken care of offscreen without ever making appearance in any adventure material :p
Anyway, yeah, the four female rulers of neighboring countries aren't friends or "girl power!", they explicitly don't look on their monarch counterparts kindly besides the "well, both of them seems to be having reasonable politics at least compared to earlier times"(since Second Darkness and 1e Kyonin never got retconned fully :p). Like in case of Taldor, they have very reasonable reasons to doubt whether country would go back to old days after next leader is in charge
