... I know it sounds like a bad rip off of the TMNT but it's the concept for my character. We used clasic rolls (3d6) and I got a five (cue int). I plan on going straight Sorcerer but building for melee. The problem is, since I'm stacking strength for my claw attacks, I only get five rounds of them per day. Further, there are no feats to give me additional Bloodline powers per day. My DM directed me here and told me to ask the almighty internet before making my case. He is pretty flexable as long as the player gives good reasons. What I propose is either a feat to give me extra uses of my bloodline powers per day (like the feat for rage powers) or a feat that allows me to sacrifice my spells/Bonus spells for more rounds. What do you guys think? Balanced?

What race is your character? There are favored class options in the Advanced Race Guide that can do this.
Under the Favored Class Bonus Options for Elves, gnomes, half-elves, and halflings:
Sorcerer: Select one bloodline power at 1st level that is
normally usable a number of times per day equal to 3 +
the sorcerer’s Charisma modifier. The sorcerer adds +1/2
to the number of uses per day of that bloodline power.
If you're not an elf, gnome, half-elf or halfling, it would not be unreasonable for you GM to let you use this favored class option for any other race.
The information from the Advanced Race Guide will be posted up on d20pfsrd.com in about a week and a half, FYI.
EDIT: Just realized this specifies "uses" per day, not "rounds" per day, but I think you could reasonably argue to your GM that it should work for the claws also.

My character is human. The campaign is yet to start. I took the stonefists spell at first level to give me an alternate when my claws run out.
The most "rules-legal" way to do it if you stay human is to take this:
Then use the above-suggested favored class option for elf or gnome or whatever. This is contentious though, some people say that this feat doesn't allow you to use other races' alternative favored class options, but from what I'm reading it should be fine.
For a simpler way of making this work, change yourself to a Half-elf. Then you could also use this half-elf racial feat:
Multitalented Mastery
You are adept at numerous disciplines.
Prerequisites: Character level 5th, half-elf, multitalented racial trait.
Benefit: All of your classes are considered favored classes. You gain either +1 hit point or +1 skill point whenever you take a level in any class. Apply these bonuses retroactively for all class levels that have not yet gained one of these bonuses.
Normal: Half-elves with the multitalented racial trait have two favored classes.
That will let your Dragon Disciple (or fighter or ranger or rogue) levels also stack for giving you extra rounds of claws later on.

Okay so here is my proposed Build:
10 Levels of Sorcerer (Blue Draconic Bloodline)
10 Levels of Dragon Disciple
A focus on spell selection that improves fighting ability as well as:
Permanency (Use it on all buffs I can)
Limited Wish (To emulate spells like Greater Magic Fang)
Lightning-based evocation spells filling in the gaps.
HB)Skill Focus (Knowledge Planes)
1)Still spell
3)Eldritch Heritage (Abyssal)
5)Two Weapon Fighting
7) Armor Proficiency Light
7B)Toughness
9)Armor Proficiency Medium
10B)Improved Initiative
11) Improved Eldritch Heratiage
13) Improved Two Weapon Fighting
13b)Great Fortitude
15)Rending Claws
16b)Power Attack
17) Improved Critical Claws
19) Greater Two weapon Fighting
H=Human
B= Bonus Feat
I took still spell and armor Proficiencies,so I can cast and wear armor(obviously) But I can get rid of heavy armor proficiency and pay a little extra for mithril armor. I just don't know what other feats to take since I am so limited by my Attack Bonus.
Thoughts?
If role-playing is to be taken into account. The character has 5 intelligence and I chose for his one language to be Draconic (communication barriers are always fun.) His mother sacrificed herself to Tiamet when he got blood poisoning as a child. as a result, he grew up in the wilderness and is a feral human child.

I know you said you were human but if you change to catfolk you can get permanent 1d6 claws (with the right build) which you can apply enhancement bonuses to with their racial equipment thing. It's in ARG.
That will let your Dragon Disciple (or fighter or ranger or rogue) levels also stack for giving you extra rounds of claws later on.
PRCs can never be favoured classes.
If you want to wear armor, get celestial chain.
Mithral celestial chain, even?

Here's the Dragon Disciple Guide I wrote, I think you will find it informative.
As for your build...
Natural weapons do not require two weapon fighting. You get all of your primary attacks at your highest BAB (claws, bite and later tail slap), your secondary attacks at BAB =5 (wing buffet), so you don't need to take those feats at all.
Spending three feats on armor proficiency isn't good because you have a thing in pathfinder called Arcane Spell Failure, or ASF. I think you saw this and went with the Still Spell Feat and that's not a bad choice, but I would recommend that you take just one level of fighter when you want to start wearing armor because you will get Heavy Armor Proficiency and a bonus combat feat as well. Since you won't be able to cast 9th level spells with your build, you won't be losing that much anyway.
If you are going straight caster, you might want to take a look at Alter Self as your first 2nd level spell. You can use that spell to take the shape of a troglodyte (basically a lizard man, but you can re-flavor it to look more like a dragon man) which has both claws and bite. This gives you a chance to continue to just about always get your claws out. Keep your rounds of it for when you are surprised, but when you have time, cast the spell.
Also, there is a feat that gives you more "Uses" of your Bloodline Powers per day. It's called Sorcerous Bloodstrike. I would argue that when claws says you can "Use your claws for a number of rounds per day" that a use would be as many rounds as you can use your claws per day. Of course the race option mentioned earlier might be good too, half elves aren't that bad.

I looked at your guide and thought it was very informative, but I still need help, I think, in the feat department. I want to go straight sorcerer/DD that much is certain, though I did consider for a long time dropping 2 levels of DD for 1 additional lvl of sorc and 1 level of Fighter, as I will get wings anyway, and I will have the additional uses of Form of the Dragon as a bonus spell.
So for feats: I'm only taking light armor proficiency and I'll stick with mithril Breastplates or whatever. Secondly, I'm going to drop the two weapon fighting feats and I'll take Weapon Focus, Multi-attack, and dodge. I'd like to take the Rending fury feats, but I won't have the BaB for them.
I plan on taking the spell Transformation. Which gives me full fighters BaB. do you think I could convince my dm to let me take feats my BaB is too low for, but only make them available when that spell is active?
| Oterisk |
If you did drop two levels of DD, I would take both sorcerer levels to give you 9th level spells at level 20 (if you make it that far). The fighter level gives you a lot of combat efficiency early, and you will get more time to use it. Going straight sorcerer isn't a bad plan, but be sure you pick good spells.
Light armor proficiency is still not very good. You can do about as well with bracers of armor and save yourself a feat. Also being nonproficient means merely taking your Armor Check Penalty to your attack rolls. Masterwork Studded Leather or a Mithril Chain Shirt has no Armor Check penalty, and as such has no penalty at all for nonproficiency. Then all you have is ASF.
I think that might be an option, but remember when you cast transformation, you lose your spell casting ability entirely and thus your versatility. If you are going almost full caster, it is definitely something you need to consider carefully. Since your spells are limited, getting a scroll of it might be better for you before you take it so you can experiment with it a little.
Also, to increase damage, consider Arcane Strike as well. It maxes out with your build, and since in dragon form II you can make six natural attacks, it becomes really useful.

Normally I'd agree with you about PrCs never being favored classes, but the racial feat that half-elves can take seems to allow it:
Multitalented Mastery
You are adept at numerous disciplines.
Prerequisites: Character level 5th, half-elf, multitalented racial trait.
Benefit: All of your classes are considered favored classes. You gain either +1 hit point or +1 skill point whenever you take a level in any class. Apply these bonuses retroactively for all class levels that have not yet gained one of these bonuses.
Normal: Half-elves with the multitalented racial trait have two favored classes.
This would be one of those instances of a specific rule trumping a general rule, I would think.

Favored Class
Each character begins play with a single favored class of his choosing... Prestige classes can never be a favored class.
Hmm, I suppose you could make a case for it, if it was a general rule being trumped by a specific one. I'm not sure though.

Alter self might be your best bet, followed at third level by Monstrous Physique I. With alter self you can change to a troglodyte getting some nice natural attacks, and Monstrous Physique gets gargoyle wich grants similar natural attacks and flight.
As a side note, during the original beta playtest the draconic bloodlines got claws as an at-will ability and many people thought that was balanced. A house ruled feat granting claws at will or an additional 5 times a day is very reasonable.
