There is no problem at all to me.
I mean, let's suppose you are NG
1) You will only take deities who accept NG worshipeprs ( here's the link for the "follower alignments" https://2e.aonprd.com/Deities.aspx ).
So, for Example you are a priest of Shelyn which also follows Pharasma ( I didn't look at their edicts/anathema, so I don't know if they could be or not ok. I just took 2 random deities ).
2) Then you will simply take the only reaction you can get as a champion, which is in this case "Glimpse of Redemption" from the Redemer Cause ( since you are NG ).

How about if my main was Raumya and my secondary was Ashukharma her follower alignments are CG, N, CN. Would I be able to grab Glimpse of Redemption even though her followers cannot be NG? Or does my alignment have to match both Deitys follower alignments?
I think that the follower alignment is meant to give you some range to deal with your alignment, and because so both deities need to have among their followers your character's alignment ( or else, I don't have a clue what "Follower alignment" would be meant for ).

My understanding of the Syncretism feat is basically like this.
You have your character with whatever alignment you choose to start with. You select a deity. Later in character creation (because you can do this at level 1) you select the Syncretism feat, this allows you to select a second deity. Your second deity must allow followers of your alignment.
If you were a champion, the reaction you get is based on your alignment and has nothing to do with your deity.
Ramuya allows NG, N, LE, and NE. Ashukharma allows CG, N, and CN.
The only possible alignment you can be and worship both gods is neutral, so you can't be a champion and worship both (because there is not a neutral champion).
