"Personal Blizzard", no Cold Tag?

Rules Discussion

I was reading the Elemental Betrayal Hex, thinking of potential synergies, and when I checked Personal Blizzard, I realised it is missing the Cold Tag.

I hope this is a mistake and not intentional, it is already not that strong (especially the heightening effect), but with that it even stops some in class synergies (that would take 2 turn to do anyway due to the limitation of 1 Hex per turn).

It already works because of the:

If you chose fire or water, the target also takes this additional damage when taking fire or cold damage, respectively, from effects or spells without the chosen trait.

Personal Blizzard do cold damage, so it triggers Elemental Betrayal.

oups, missed the last part...

So all good with Elemental Betrayal, though it should probably still get the Cold trait?

probably, yes.

Also keep in mind, these hexes are 1 action.
So element betrayal + ray of frost work together.

Turn 2 you can cackle + personal blizzard + chilling spray/cone of cold.

Turn 3, sustain + sustain + chilling ice.

Plus get your allies to have frost weapons.

you cant cackle and blizzard on the same turn since they are both Hexes.
