Looking for stats for higher level PCs

Pathfinder Second Edition General Discussion

To help with balancing some homebrew I am looking for existing PCs at various character levels beyond 1st.

If anyone knows a source?

I'm aware of the wealth by level charts in GMG and all that but some actual chars would be helpful, to see how it's allocated, what people are actually building, and of course, if play groups are sticking to guidelines.

PF2 Pregens

Download that free package of pregens. There are level 1, level 3, and level 5 characters there.

Another source would be the Play By Post forums.

If you click on the character name in any PbP thread, it will (usually) take you to a filled out character sheet for that character. Also (usually) you can see that character's class and level just under their character name in every post. Choose whatever characters most closely match what you're looking for.

Is there any chance of getting anonymised PFS data? I feel it would help developers a lot.

Monsters' abilities are extremely close to player abilities. Extreme are the highest values players can get (AC of a Champion, Attack Roll of a Fighter, Damage of a Barbarian), High is what most characters get while being good at something but not the best of Class (Fighter damage, Barbarian Attack Roll, Spellcasters' spellcasting is only High), Average is what you have in most abilities not directly affected by your class (Spellcasters' Attack Roll and AC when maximized) and Low is what you have if you are really bad at it.

I'm afraid the Pathfinder Society system doesn't involve collecting the information you're looking to find, so they can't provide it - even in an anonymised form. It also won't provide any information on whether groups are sticking to guidelines even if you had it - PFS has a strict set of rules for what you can do.

Potentially the Hero Lab Online devs could have this sort of information? They're the only place I can think of that has access to the requisite data and seem likely to consider it at all.
