Hello folks, i need some help for the 20 level character with 10k gold. This character is for duel, so character backstory and such things does not matter.
I give myself a challenge make atypical build, that will works not bad. Some time before i read yhe Muscle Wizard Guide thought: "Hmm, nice character concept. I need test it someday." And now there is good moment to test it
My main idea for build is make full arcane caster, who can buff yourself with spells, and go in melee, like matrial character. Wizard is good option due to weapon as a bond weapon, enchantment from transmutation school and a lot of spells. But i want create such character with arcanist, because i see much more customization in arcanist, due to arcane exploits and some archetypes(Brown Fur transformer and blade adept)
Blade adept and Eldritch knight(and 1 Inpired blade dip)makes a character a magus with 9 level spells and much less arcanas
Full Brown-Fur transformer dont gives a martial power, but it gives a bonus strength(+4) on any transmutation spell. Have acces to hight level spells and use they with weapon can be good idea, but I planing to use Transformation spell in the end of buffing, so I cant cast spells. Also in such build I see more profit in have good statistic bonuses to attack and damage, then spell with many damage dices, so I brown transformer is better option here.
Statistics that I planing(on 20th level):
Strengh 13
Dexterity 14
Constitution 18
Intelligence 17(19 with +2 headband)
Wisdom 8
Charisma 12
With Bull Strengh, Animal Growth and Transmutation I will have +28 strength(including +4 from using arcane reservoir) and full BAB
Thats sounds good, but take this results not so easy. Its 1v1, so there isnt someone, who can take some damage on yourself and give me time for buffing. For that I gona take Qucken spell metamagic feat, to cast spells like blur, magic armor and shield as a swift action, to improve my defence first. As a standart action I will cast transform buffing spells. Dimension slide can help with moving and avoiding attacks, but that can empty my pool realy quick.
As feats I think take Toughness(extra Hp with d6 HD is very usefull), Proficiency with light armor( for mithril leather armor), Proficiency with martial weapons(house rule, that this feat give proficiancy with all martial weapons), power attack and extra reservoir points. If there are other usefull feats for such buld plz, let me know about them.
What tactic I need to use for successful buffing yourself and dont die? What gear I can buy on other 5000 gold? Any advice is welcome

First, you should play what you like and enjoy, but a duel like this usually just boils down to rocket tag. Your build would be more about endurance and ability to overcome a variety of encounters. If you just want to win, I'd suggest a divination wizard who stacks initiative and starts the fight off by casting time stop followed by any number of deadly setups for your opponent.
If you were actually playing and leveling this character, I'd recommend a couple things. Variant Multiclassing oracle with battle mystery can get you the proficiency needed for Eldritch Knight. The Prestigious Spellcaster feat could get you back that one missing spell level in eldritch knight. So you never really have to have delayed spellcasting.

For Arcanist you probably want Armored Mask that will give you a standard action Mage Armor and immediate action Shield of Faith.
Arcane Barrier exploit will give you an extra 20+HP which can make a the difference between live or dead at high level.
Shift Caster exploit will let you cast while under a polymorpg effect. Which is really good for Brown Fur Transmuter. This leads to Altered Shift, which allows you to sacrifice 1 Caster Level (which does affect duration) and 1 point from your resevoir to change shape. Again really good for when you want to do quick changes and prepare different types of spells.
Alternatively, if you go to level 20 Arcanist, you can use Arcane Discovery Exploit to gain Idealize (transmutation spell that increase stat increase stat by +2, and stacks with Brown-Fur), Knowledge is Power (add Int to CMB and CMD), and Multimorph (a free and faster version of Altered Shifting).
A Brown-Fur Arcanist with Idealize can get add +6 to the stats they would normally gain, before any feats or items do anything.

Eldritch knight and VM oracle is not needed herefor BrownFur Transformer, becaause with some EK levels, he cant take ability to +4 str bonus
Also thanks for the tlaking about time stop spell. i never heared about it, and it looks realy wonderfull

Thanks for talk abou the idealize, and other arcane discoveries. High levels Full casters( including wizards) are new for me( in game aspects)

For a devastating duelist, I'm thinking 9 levels in Tetori, 2 in Cavalier, Order of the Penitent, at least 2 in Alchemist, taking Tumor Familiar, Tentacle, and Infusion.
I played a grappler who had a full-time GMB of +30 at level 9. Order of the Penitent gives the Cavalier the ability to Tie Up your opponent when you have them Grappled, not Pinned, an you don't take the -10 you normally do. Greater Grapple lets you make 2 Grapple checks/round: the regular one as a Standard Action, and one more as a Move Action. So if you begin your round adjacent to your opponent, you can Initiate a Grapple as a Standard Action, then Tie him Up as a Move Action, done and dusted.
Level 9 Tetoris negate Freedom of Movement.
Before combat, use Share Spells to cast Touch Injection on your Familiar. Give your Familiar an Infusion of True Strike. Cast True Strike on yourself and close with your opponent. Then you Initiate your Grapple as a Standard Action with a GMB of +50 at least. Your Familiar injects you with another True Strike as a Readied Action, then you Tie him Up as a Move Action again with a +50 on your GMB.

This build looks goos, but I dont want do grappling. I want play full caster, that can buff yourself and go in melee

Wizard defensive buffs are usually about not taking damage. The false life and greater false life spells (and the creative destruction arcane discovery) do exist but don't do much.
Edit: A familiar with the protector archetype can effectively give you +50% hp. Just remembered it.
Protector familiar looks realy good for defence, thanks about that

The classic choice for that is Magus.

Yes, I understand that magus good in magic and combat,he havent such opportunities to buffs. In this build I planed buff yourself with transmutation spells and at the end cast Transformation spell. That makes me a matrial character with about 52 Strengh(with idealize discovery buff)
One of the main aspect of magus is arcanas, but under Transmutation character cant cast and use magic abilities
