Is it possible to Grab or Trip an incorporeal creature? Do any weapon property runes allow you to or any other way?

An incorporeal creature can’t attempt Strength-based checks against physical creatures or objects—only against incorporeal ones—unless those objects have the ghost touch property rune. Likewise, a corporeal creature can’t attempt Strength-based checks against incorporeal creatures or objects.

So no. A weapon with a Ghost Touch Rune and the Trip or Shove Trait could.

R.I.P Tetori, miss you old friend.

I suppose a Gauntlet with a Ghost Touch rune could allow a corporeal creature to grapple or trip an incorporeal one, and vice versa actually. Though that would depend on your interpretation of the Free-Hand weapon trait.

This weapon doesn’t take up your hand,

usually because it is built into your armor. A free-hand
weapon can’t be Disarmed. You can use the hand covered

. You can’t attack with a
free-hand weapon if you’re wielding anything in that hand
or otherwise using that hand. When you’re not wielding
anything and not otherwise using the hand, you can use
abilities that require you to have a hand free as well as those
that require you to be wielding a weapon in that hand
. Each
of your hands can have only one free‑hand weapon on it.

I don't see anything that would stop you from using a gauntlet-ed hand with Ghost Touch to grapple, trip, shove etc... an incorporeal creature.

Continuing the Discussion. I think handwraps with a ghost touch rune would allows strength based checks against creatures with the incorporeal tag

I think that handwraps with ghost touch would only technically have any effect if you have an unarmed attack with the appropriate property (Grapple, Trip, etc), since the runes on the handwraps don't have any effect on your basic "with a free hand" maneuvers, otherwise.

Sidetracking the Discussion:
If a weapon with the Finesse and Trip traits allows you to use Dexterity on the relevant Athletics check (Plenty of debate on this), does that mean you could trip an Incorporeal creature with a Kukri since the check is now Dexterity based?

Can you use Athletics maneuvers against Incorporeal creatures if you have the Assurance(Athletics) feat? Is a 'check' that only uses your proficiency bonus (plus 10) still considered a 'Strength-based check'?

Offhand, I'm thinking you can't trip an incorporeal creature without a Ghost Touch rune, but I have no idea if that is actually RAW.

Spirit Instinct Barbarian

You're welcome! XD

You forgot to include level 4: Ghost-Wrangler feat.

Spirit barbarian IS the only one who can take that, but it also helps show us that they can't use Athletics maneuvers against Incorporeal enemies until they do.

(Though 2020 is deep thread necromancy, and a good way to get some practice targets for it).

It is just because of the restrictions in Spirit Instinct. They only get the benefit of ghost touch when they are dealing +ve or -ve damage.

It is not quite the same as a full Ghost Touch rune. Honestly it is odd that they choose to make the distinction.
