Just go to the gear page and set the qty to 0. And just reset your money in the gear page
Note that to sell armor you have to either replace it with new armor OR first stow it and then set the number to 0
It doesn't track money very well once you start buying/selling, especially if you just use the number counter to add (for example) more arrows. I keep track of my PFS characters in a spreadsheet and just update my total money in pathbuilder from time to time

I apologize if it's inappropriate to dive in on someone else's thread with questions, but is it possible to add wands of specific spells? If i try to add a wand, I see a list of Wands of Continuation, followed by some specific wands (like Wand of Slaying or Smoldering Fireballs), then a list of Wands of Widening. Is it possible to just add a wand of a specific spell, like Invisibility or Lightning?

How do you add multiple weapons of the same kind (such as javelins x4) without having it appear multiple times on the offense screen?
Actually, you can touch the "weapon" tab under the weapon and push "buy" and it will ask you if you want to buy another. Do this as many times as you want to get multiples of the same weapon

That worked just fine. By the way, I also had to stow my weapons to get rid of them.

Does anyone know how one would buy a guard dog or a riding pony or something like that in pathbuilder2e? Can't find anything in the gear section and they're not really animal companions.
An easy work around is to make them a container: in gear, add a container. In the line, name it pony or dog and put in vital info in the line. You can then put items on the animal in the 'container' to show what's on it. This also works with carts too.
